Pathetic service, there is no option of 0 star otherwise I would have given them 0, from top to bottom the entire agency is corrupt, they fool you in hotel accommodations, like they say their hotels are 3 star but in reality it doesnt even worth 1 star, you will have to stay with filthy beds and carpets and bedbugs and worn out washrooms, and if you don’t convince with them then they will bother you in providing transportation, they are scam, until you don’t book them they will be faking you with their politeness and once you pay them then they will treat you like you are animals. We didn’t go through the reviews before our booking with them that is why we have to suffer alot , but if you are someone who are willing to book them then please go through my review, i think kamran and zeeshan reside in terribly dirty house and area thats why they dont bother about their customers satisfaction in accommodations. They are shameless people despite knowing where they are sending you still their interest is just making money no matter how haram it is. Please don’t book them for you sacred journey they will ruin it.

Subse ghatiya service frad or scam Makke mejo inki service hen bikul ghatiya hen inka apna jo staff he or jo hotel ka staff he bilkul jahil hen unko baat kerne ki tameez nhi or bilkul coprate nhi kerte or madine me jo ye hotel dete hen burjul Hakeem janwer bhi usse achi jaghe per rehte honge na washroom saf nihayat hi gande shishe tote ve wash basin bhi leak lifts bhi khatara bar bar hotel k reception ko complain karo koi nhi sunta package ye subse mehenga or 4 star hotel k pese lete hen or dete subse ghatiya hotel hen mene dunya ghomi lekin subse ghatiya travel agency mujhe ye lagi lehza is frad se bachen sub comment ka maksad ye he shukriya.

We ended up booking private taxi to travel as driver didn't showed up in Madina. Overall poor communication from their agents in Saudi Arabia. I will not recommend their service personally.
