I can’t believe I missed this amazing gem of a place when I was in Vancouver last year…but as fate would have it, my friend got this awesome tote bag from here and I knew I had to get it the moment I saw it. I read through all the other lovely reviews and it makes me so excited to visit this place upon my next visit. The most amazing kind of bookstore! Very thoughtfully curated. A diverse collection of books that cover multiple languages and cultures. Guaranteed to learn something from your visit. I was especially delighted to see a comprehensive section of Studio Ghibli books and gift items, the pop-up book section, the graphic novel shelf, and featured books with local content. And the staff there are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is a must visit spot, if you're in Granville Island!

It was a bright and inviting bookstore. It was a very lively place and there were more than 5 people inside the day I visited this place. I then understand why a lot of people were interested to this place. I found a few interesting books and I had the liberty before to sit in their sofa and read a few pages of the book I bought.

This is my new favorite place. The word curated really describes their collection well, such great international fiction and philosophy (with the prettiest cover choices!) The multicultural card games and children's books are heartwarming and brilliant. 10000/10 place going back soon

Had a lovely experience talking with the cashier. She saw my book and actually had read it, saying it was very interesting which was pretty cool The selection of books were of a wide variety with lots of interesting and compelling topics of conversation with current reads

Some of the most creative selection of diverse books and offering so many languages too. I was able to find beautiful and thoughtfully entertaining books on Hong Kong that I had never found elsewhere before.

Loved browsing this bookstore because it was so well curated. Each section was cohesive and presented books I'd never seen before and many in different languages. Perfect place to get a nice Christmas gift.

Beautiful new (to me) bookstore. It has something for everyone ! From Arabic Poetry to learning Korean to an expansive collection of the best children's books. Lovely layout, lovely staff. I will return !!

Love the focus on Asian narratives and stories, easily sets it a part from other bookstores. welcoming and colourful atmosphere and had a lot of interesting books for all ages.
