ORDERED TWO LOTS OF DOG FOOD ,TRIED TO CANCELL ORDER 20 MINS LATER AS WEBSITE SHOWED SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT CONTENT -CHAT REPLY SAID OK ,AND EVEN OFFERED TO ALTER ORDER IF REQUIRED. UNFORTUNATELY WEBSITE DID NOT SHOW THE EXACT FOOD I WANTED,SO CANCELLED ORDER,EMAIL BACK AGREED,THEN SAID NO-CAN-DO AS ORDER GONE THROUGH ! WHEN ORDER ARRIVED EXACTLY 24 HOURS LATER (VERY QUICK) --IT WAS GREAT, AS IT WAS EXACTLY THE FOOD I WAS TRYING TO ORDER ANYWAY. SO STORY ENDED OK ,BUT WAS A WORK- UP-AS PICTURE ON WEBSITE AT START SHOWED DIFFERENT PICTURE AND FOOD CONTENT( POSSIBLY AN OLD PICTURE ? WOULD USE AGAIN NOW THAT I KNOW THEY HAVE EXACTLY WHAT I REQUIRE AT A COST SAVING.

This was the first time I've used Nooshie to make a purchase. I came across the company while searching on Google for an item. They had the item I was looking for on special offer at a fantastic price... Very pleased. From placing the order right through to delivery went incredibly smoothly. Nooshie kept me informed of the progress of my order and it was delivered really fast. Items were packaged really well and arrived in great condition. This is my third order from Nooshie what can I say they are professional & impeccable good value & variety their customer services is excellent if I had listened to my ex vet my dog would have been taking expensive meds for no reason & even our new vet has said this all it took was a few questions from Nooshie see he needed enzyme supplement as his ears were continuously housing wax at a high level and he was itching stupidly he’s had one month of enzyme boost itching practically gone and wax is so not there thick and dark Nooshie I can’t thank u all enough keep doing what u r doing

As a first time customer I was most impressed by the communication and speed of delivery. That of course should not exclude the competitive price of the product even in this period of inflation driven often by manufacturers with distributors trying to minimise the increase. The goods were well packed arriving by courier and overall I was delighted with the service and will be back for more.

Ordering was simple, prices were very good, delivery time was quicker than expected and arrived in only a couple of days. The only downside was the packaging, 3 great big cardboard boxes for 3 items ordered (1 in each), which could probably quite easily have fitted at least 2 items in one box and still been within lifting limits. Other than that... very good. Thank you...

I ordered a dog harness, and was sent the incorrect size so cannot be used. I have emailed 3 times, messaged and left comments on Facebook in an attempt to rectify this and request to be sent what I ordered. All messages and requests have been ignored and I'm now stuck with a product that I didn't order and cannot use. Very unhappy.

As part of the checkout process, I wished to pay by either ApplePal or debit card, the only option that was continually present was some form of interest free credit. As I can, thankfully, afford to feed the cat without that, I gave up and bought elsewhere.

They said products were in stock it went on and on with the courier company saying that they were sending the parcel back to the supplier never delivered and they didn't know when they would be available so opted for return of payment

I was sceptical at first, could it be too good to be true? Happy to say, I worried for nothing. Excellent price, speedy service, packaging was a bit much, but the cats loved it and it all was recyclable. Will definitely use again.

I found their website difficult to use to place my order, had to email them, they then rang me and I placed my order over the phone. Once my order was taken their sevice was 100%, delivery very quick.

My order was completely cancelled as everything was out of stock. Monies were refunded within a few hours of notifying me. So I can't really say what the products were like or if my dog liked them
