Gets 4 starts for good food at a decent price and listing peanuts on menu (wife is allergic). Loses a start for not listing ALL peanuts on menu and us getting a peanut dish. Gets a star back for giving us a refund. Loses a star for then saying it's our fault for not reading all the menu, as in 4pt font at the bottom is says "not all ingredients listed" (I was on a mobile). Loses another star for then saying we should have brought the dish back to prove we didn't eat it. Dude - I have 4 kids, I have better things to do than scam $15 dishes from you. It's fine if you don't want friendly service or need to trust the menu.

Sorry to say the food has gone off at this restaurant , the pork in the green curry was chewy and the vegetables / dish seemed micro waved as all dishes we ordered seemed to suffer the same MICRO WAVE TREATMENT , the poor serving / non existent sauces with our entrees was a joke . SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT AND HAVE BAKED BEENS ON TOAST FOR DINER INSTEAD AND SAVE YOUR SELF A WHOLE LOT OF CASH / VERY DISAPPOINTED. PS . I am only posting a 1 star because I have too on this site , really they are in the minus star rating .

We ordered 5 meals for over $70 and not one of them had ANY taste. I have eaten Thai my whole life and this tasted like it was watered down. Peanut sauce dish with no peanut sauce (grey liquid not yellow) red curry like water and maybe yellow in colour but not red and a few others. The entree of dim sims tasted like they were out of the freezer!!!! Tasted better from Coles freezer dim sims.

Pad Thai was very average, steamed veggies had no seasoning or sauce options making them bland and boring. wonton soup serving size was tiny, full of cabbage and greens in an attempt to "take up the empty space". Overall a very poor experiance, we gave noot Thai the benefit of the doubt but this will be the first and last time my family purchase anything from here again.

Even at the peak of a busy Saturday night the staff were attentive and friendly for my takeaway order. The order arrived in estimated time and was generous in size. The pad Thai chicken and beef masaman curry and rice was delicious with tender meat and a light sauce. The constant flow of customers orders must be a pretty good sign.

We have ordered home delivery from Noot Thai in the past. Never disappointed with the flavour or time to deliver. Tonight we enjoyed dinner at Noot's. Delicious authentic Thai food, by Thai staff, quality ingredients, at a very affordable price. Staff friendly, good service. Highly recommend and will return soon. Highly recommend.

Maybe get takeaway? The dine in experience is one of those ungrateful affairs where you don't know who's the customer and who's trying to run a business. The beef masamun was pretty good but not to write home about.

Great food but the timing on the food being ready is poor. Large $200+ order placed and paid-for in advance. Instructions followed and still having to wait in the cold for 20 past when they said it would be ready.

Had the red curry and ginger beef. Both were tasty but the serving sizes were slightly small. Owner and workers were very friendly, and helpful for my celiac friend.

Chili Basil with Tofu is great (a little bit too hot but good). Really enjoy the vegan options. Wish the stuff was more friendly/happier though.
