Story time was excellent due to the remarkable librarian. I'm sorry that I don't remember your name but you have funky glasses, super cool hairdo, braid on top with shaved sides (super funky as well!) You are amazing with the kiddos! Very engaging and patient. Thank you for a fun first time story time with our granddaughter.
I stopped going to the library on Canal St, and more frequently hit up this one. It's brand new (2018), has a number of computers, DVDs, books, etc. It's interesting. I can walk in and check out a book without saying a word. lol, modernization. The people seem nice. There is a guard -- I wish we didn't need one.
On Tuesday afternoon 04/11/2023, I went to this library for the first time to use the computer and to also print documents. The employees who assisted me were courteous and professional - I will go back again and I will also recommend this library to my family and friends.
I love the small set of curated books. It makes it feel like a boutique bookstore. The space itself is airy and light, quiet but not too quiet. The librarians are super helpful. So grateful its walking distance from my place.
Great, cute little library. The staff was super helpful. Not as big as some of the others but still had a great selection. The parking was non existent, but that is basically the mantra of New Orleans.
Great newly constructed library in central city with excellent staff who are friendly and willing to help with any resources to make your reading experience great. Worth the drive from across the city.
All I can say is that this particular library serves it's purpose well. I was able to accomplish some of my tasking in a pleasant environment.
Staff is amazing 10/10 would recommend but some of the patrons are very disruptive and were perhaps never taught to be quiet in a library.
how all smart cities spend their jingle, on libraries! investin' inna future! information is power y'all. rise up n demand the best.
