Nordic Style. In a word, dangerous! The emails come in and I try and avert my gaze, knowing that I will find another 'must have'. Huge fan! I first visited the shop in Wimbledon, many years ago, and fell in love with it. However, the Chelsea shop is my favourite - and, of course, Edward. Friendly and super-helpful from the start, he has steered me through many a purchasing process being that I live in Scotland. Happy to send videos or just to chat me through, to date, I am the proud owner of a superb antique partners' desk, a 'must have' Gustavian settle and ... my wonderful reindeer and sleigh! I can vouch for the quality of each and every one of them and have absolutely no regrets. I have found the service second to none, from purchase to delivery, and would highly recommend this family-run business to anyone.

Having previously bought furniture and lighting from Nordic Style and being very pleased with the style and quality I have returned to purchase further. This time the 9 light Madeleine Chandelier which is my second one, it’s absolutely stunning and would fit in with both a modern and antique setting. I have also bought 2 three drawer bedside chests in Antique White to match my Chest on Chest from the same range. The chests are beautifully made and drawers roomy and substantial. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of the items I have bought and the great communication with the owner Mark who is very much a hands on person. The delivery crew under Ian are pleasant and willing despite carrying heavy furniture up an awkward staircase. So very proud of my home now and thank you Nordic Style. Elizabeth Brown

We spent approximately 20k on various items from the Chelsea Nordic Style store over a very short period of approximately 4 weeks (summer 2023). Ever items was beautifully made and looks amazing. We purchased bookcases, dining table and chairs, stools, coffee tables, storage bed and many other smaller accessory items. Our dealings with the staff was always a delight and we never felt under any pressure to buy. Edward and Michael always gave us good advice on “how to mix” various items and the final install at our house was done by a delivery team who took great care in the delivery and assembly of the various items. I would highly recommend Nordic Style to anybody looking for quality furniture, sold and delivered by quality people. Thank you – we will be back for more.

I bought 2 chairs 2 years back from Nordic Lifestyle for 1795 pounds each. The chairs turned out to be very uncomfortable (back started to hurt and I finally decided to change the upholstery. I was shocked when I saw the quality of the cushion the company has used. They have mixed polywag with feather and used a very very thin foam which gives no cushion effect. Additionally the back of the chair is made from cheap plywood material . These chairs are not simply not worth the money you pay for. They are some kind of machine made chairs in China factories!!!! Extremely disappointed with the quality of the chair and the material used to put this together! Stay away from this family run business

For years, Nordic Style London has been my go-to destination for Scandi furniture and interior design accessories, both for personal use and for my clients. The quality of their products has never failed to impress me. The team's dedication to ensuring a seamless experience from selection to delivery is commendable. I bought one of their candles, Limeleaf & Ginger but when lit there was no frangrance coming from the candle. When I asked if I could get a refund I was told in no uncertain terms that this was not possible as I had opened the box and lit the candle. This is beyond comprehension as how else would I know that the candle was not giving off any fragrance. Very disappointed with their customer service and definately would NOT recommend their candles (which are not cheap)

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Customer service absolutely shocking, the manager has been sending me threatening emails this evening after I wrote to him in response to their newsletter. He actually used the phrase “call back if you’ve got the real balls”. Actually speechless. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere where you can actually return your products and you don’t feel like you’re doing them a favour that you’re buying from them!

I have bought many items from Nordic Style on Lots Road over the last few years. Although I usually bought at a very good sale price, the items are substantial, solid, of good quality and most importantly very stylish. They complement and blend well with the mixture of furniture in my old house. Edward at the shop in Lots Road is always helpful, knowledgeable and very capable when loading the car.

I absolutely adore this shop, it’s friendly, welcoming and chic, it’s great for either gifts and smaller home accessories up to large furniture pieces and everything in between. The style is pared back luxe, comfortable and an easy on the eye aesthetic. Edward is extremely helpful, creative and accommodating, also - always worth checking their outlet/clearance items for fantastic bargains! X

I use Nordic Style Chelsea as Edward is so knowledgeable about his stock. As a designer I find Nordic Style particularly useful, not only do they have great furniture, they recently pulled out all the stops to make sure that my clients didn't miss out on a sale items. I love their furniture and highly recommend them as a company.

I have dealt with the fabulous Edward at Nordic Style Lots Road for many years and it's my "go to" shop when I'm doing up a property. I love their products but Edward is utterly fantastic and unfailingly helpful along with having a very good eye so he is always my first port of call!!

Have been into this shop on Lots Road on two occasions and both times the staff have been incredibly unwelcoming, unfriendly and frankly rude. No wonder they are closing down for good.
