we knew it would happen one day, because this employee is amazing BUT i was hoping we would be able to keep this flipping beal of sunshine to ourselves at our own store far longer. isaiah and as one of thousand oaks biggest attributes, and was promoted to this store and i cannot wait to see the talent, enthusiasm and energy he brings to your store. at Thousand Oaks, I witnessed Isaiah exhibit patience in the most trying of situations, go above and beyond when most people would have been like K BYEEEEE, and he roots on his coworkers like a champ. you always knew he was working or not and you didn’t have to go too far. his energy was always beaming out the doors. take care buddy. i should add my dog and him are BFFs. i was always raised that you can judge a persons demeanor simply off of how they treat animals. may you go do big big things there. murphy loves you!

I found a jacket that I liked at another Rack store that didn’t have my size, but told me that Woodland Hills had it. I called Rack in Woodland Hills and they were able to locate the jacket . Unfortunately I didn’t have have a car at the time and wasn’t able to get to Rack in Woodland Hills. Woodland Hills was tremendously helpful and arranged for a manager to drive the jacket from Woodland Hills to Beverly Connection for me (unlike regular Nordstrom, Rack doesn’t have a system to move items from location to location). I was so impressed by their customer service.

I wish they had more designer options here. They have a lot of nice things, but not on the very high-end side of designer items. There is a very small glass display with some designer women's watches, but that's about it. No designer shoes, belts, etc. A nice selection, don't get me wrong, but not as many brand name items as the regular Nordstrom. Customer service is great though, Shelly helped me out, and went out of her way to help me find the right size in a whole different section.

Nordstrom Rack doesn't have these hand me downs that we saw at Nordstrom... At Nordstrom we saw atheltic shoes at $2,000.00 for pair of sneakers! Wow! Salesperson said, they are very popular these days... Here are two pair of shoes at $1,200.00 and $2,000.00 . This store exudes high end trends... That said, amazing design can always be appreciated, even if you cannot afford them. Nordstrom Rack has prices more reasonable...

Last night I showed up looking for a blouse and skirt I usually don’t go in this store out of being scatter brained but last night the person that helped me out changed all of that…Anna was so helpful and knowledgeable to what looks good on me and what not you can tell that she takes pride in what she does. I hope that the next time I go she is working I definitely felt confident when I left

Definitely the definition of just okay. It’s a cool shopping experience but for a bigger guy it’s kind of lack luster. I’m not fat by any means but I’m just built big with broad shoulders. I wear a XXL shirt and there was very little for me here. Size 13 shoes didn’t have much drip either.

Great deals here. Found great shoes that were $300.00 for $149.00 found a BeBe dress under $100.00. Best prices for name brands here. Highly recommended

Good deals. Not as well stocked in very large sizes of men's shoes as they used to be. I wish they still had their large-size shoe sales.
