If I can give 0 STARS I would. The people who work here, from the dispatcher to the drivers are EXTREMELY rude. Yesterday once dropped off at my destination the driver gave me back the wrong amount of change. I proceeded to ask him where’s the rest of my change and he then gave me the remaining amount of money in change. When I asked if he can give me bills instead he yelled at me to call the cops and as I was STILL in his car he attempted to take off with me in it. I opened the car door before he could even take off. I spoke to the base people and they did not care, they don’t realize my life could’ve been at stake because I am a petite woman and the driver was twice my size. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU LOVE YOUR LIFE, THESE CARS ARE NOT TRACKABLE AND THEY HAVE EACH OTHER’S BACK.

Me ah ido bien con el señor que atiende el teléfono . Pero no puedo decir lo mismo de los que trabajar para esa base porque luego llegan con un carácter que ni ellos mismos se la aguantan pero comprendo sus rutinas el estar sentados todo el día en el automóvil ect . Pero de verdad algunos te cobran de más y eso no es justo. Aunque puedes llamar nuevamente a la base y contarles y ellos lo arreglaran v:

Aboustely disgusting to sum it up! Dirty car with personal belongings in the back. Driver pulled up with a woman in the front seat. My family had to squeeze in the car. Lastly the driver refused to drive us because we were traveling to Manhattan. And I forgot, the dispatcher was rude. Being cheaper is not always better. Catch an Uber or even a lyft.

Estaba contento con el servicio pero empezaron a tardar demasiado y todavía que los esperas mucho tiempo ya están cobrando demasiado por un servicio local me cobraron 20 dólares desde hoy dejo de pedir sus servicios están perdiendo clientes

Called & waited for nearly half an hour for something urgent & their excuse was the weather while another car company sent a cab on the spot! Very bad,this car company is located not too far away from my location Ridiculous

Rude service. Women on the phone had an attitude and hung up on me before I finished speaking. They’re unorganized and I wouldn’t recommend calling them for a pick up service to the airport.

El peor de los servicios el chofer es muy prepotente e irrespetuoso,llame para hacer la queja al despachador y es igual o peor que el chofer ! Nunca solicitaré más el servicio
