I am updating theprevious review. I went yesterday- the first time since the pandemic shut down. —-This whole idea was nerve-wracking, but they were very good with me yesterday. Though the outside routines are different, the kindness and professionalism of the dentists and the assistants was not one bit different. Once Dr Long came into the exam room, he was as kind and thorough as always, and he helped me. Dental work always scares me, but he makes it possible. I am very grateful. Previous post: I have been a regular patient at North Coors Dental since this the early 1990s. (Preface this review with the comment that having dental work done terrifies me. ) I go every six months, but every six months it is a trial to even show up, and I often rebook, because I cannot bear to go. They are very patient with me, and over these many years have greatly eased this panic. Each time I go, either for cleaning or for necessary dental work, the results are always better than I hoped and the pain is much much less than I feared. That says a WHOLE LOT, because I am a huge woose about mouth pain. I am grateful to the doctors for their professionalism and kindness. I love the front staff, since they are the ones who calm me down, every single time. I am 65, and I still have all my teeth, primarily because these people have made dental care and diligence as gentle and painless as is possible. Even the Hygienists are kind. I work with Alice. She, too. encourages me to keep trying. Thank you again to Dr. Long (my dentist), Dr. Hesch and Dr. Rock (the dentist for some of my family members.) It is really true that I would not have the teeth I have were it not for your kindness.

Dr. Hirji and her staff are amazing!..I've had 2 emergency procedures done with them and they have accomadated me each time. One the first occasion I called about 3:00 on a Thursday afternoon and they had me in a 9:00am on Friday!..Then I called one Saturday at 10 or so and they had me in by 1:00pm!.. They are just a fun, understanding , and supporting group of ladies...I enjoy going to the dentist because the atomosphere Dr. Hirji has created from the front door to the chair its professinal but fun!.. I can tell that the staff enjoy working for Dr. Hirji and with her! I would definately recommend North Coors Dental to anyone looking for great dentist that takes pride in her craft and treats everyone with respect and dignity.

In spite of moving in the past few years clear (sic) across town, this dental practice is the one critical service I am not willing to give up. The staff is very knowledgeable regarding their billing and scheduling. The doctors, hygienists and technicians are capable and caring. Wonderful doctors and wonderful practice. Answer all my questions. Been going there since Dr. Farley and Dr. Rodriguez. Recently went to the dentist for regular cleaning. I love my hygienist. She is very good and thorough. I am determined to keep my teeth as long as I can; even all the way to the grave. Not going to deal with dentures. The dentists and hygienists really good about helping me with that.

I have been going to Dr. Long for many years now and he continues to provide me with the services you need and will not try to upsell you on your dental work. He always has done an excellent job on any work that has needed to be done. Agnes, the hygienist is simply amazing and always cleans my teeth and keeps them strong, healthy and white. Jessica, Liz and the entire staff and dentists are friendly and amazing. I would recommend these dentists and their staff to anyone who is looking for a great dentist and staff that are friendly, patient and care. I’ve been with north coors dental for about ten years now. I had an appointment scheduled for February 8 that I had been waiting for. I confirmed it today and was told that the dentist, dr. Long would not be seeing me due to cancelled appointments. I have record of once canceled appointment from January 18 due to Covid exposure and symptoms. I have record of no other cancellations and rather than discussing it I was simply told sorry that’s what he has decided. I am disappointed and offended by the treatment of this office considering my years with them and never having any problems or concerns before.

Dr Long and his staff at North Coors Dental are awesome. They do everything they know how to accommodate their patients, for appointments to comfort and relaxing atmosphere. Dr Long is knowledgeable , courteous and gentle. I recently received dental implants through Dr Christopher Larmour and Dr Long who donated their time to allow me to be able to smile, chew and enjoy eating again, being able to eat fruits, veggies and meat that I've been unable to eat without grinding for several years. If you are in need of dental work, please go see the great people at North Coors Dental.

My first visit and most likely my last. They kindly squeezed me in for tooth pain and referred me to an oral surgeon for extraction. After determining I had a live nerve, she shot air into the hole so she could take a picture which put me through the roof in pain!!! Now I am white knuckling it since then and have to wait un til I can get it extracted in 5 days! No mention of pain management until then, and the pain is brutal!! Also, I have been in isolation since I am imunocompromised due to the pandemic, 5 hours after my visit I’m having a scratchy throat. Gee, what a lousy experience

There billing department is the worst they charged me a 1000 dollars the first time I got a procedure done with them. Even though I have a high plan option with my dental insurance and my health insurance also covers part of my cost. They have never offered to clean my teeth once. They made me wait over four months to get my permanent crown after the temporary broke and was missing. And even to this day I have pain from a cavity filling that they did twice. It’s funny looking through the reviews and nobody seems to have a problem with this place but me and another guy named Jesus.

I have never had a good experience at the dentist.... Until recently!!! Yvette was so incredibly informative and told me what she was going to do step by step! I was very anxious and had massive anxiety when I first walked in... But her calming personality and explanations really helped me!! And Dr. Gallegos was also so incredibly informative and clear! The best dental experience I've ever had and will not be looking for a new dentist anytime soon! thank you for taking care of me and my needs!

This Dental office is one of the BEST I have ever went to!!! Dr. Audra Martinez is absolutely EXCELLENT from start to finish and everyone else there is very friendly and perform their duties with care and great efficiency! This office and their personnel were a great find as we had just moved to the area and needed a new Dentist! If you need a Dentist you will extremely happy with these people ;) Thank you North Coors Dental and Dr. Martinez for taking such excellent care of us :)

Dr. Long did a root canal on me today and the worst part was the shot that I barely felt. 3 hours later I couldn’t even tell I had work done. He is very friendly and very gentle and kind. He explained everything to me before, during, and after. 5 months ago I had a very bad experience with a dentist in Santa Fe: Dr. Long restored my faith in dentistry. I just wish I could give him more stars. If you need a great dentist, this is the place to go. Everyone I met was great as well.

My husband, myself and our two kids have been going to North Coors Dental for a very long time. Even though our travel is a bit longer than I'd like, we still make the trip. All the Dentists are very good, we cannot choose a favorite because they are all friendly, knowledgeable, gentle and pretty much awesome! The whole staff is very professional & friendly. I have been seeing the Dr.'s and dental hygienist staff at North Coors Dental for the past 7 years. I appreciate the flex hours and ease of scheduling appointments. Dr. Hesch and Dr. Long have always been very patient and caring; taking time to explain procedures and treatment options. The front desk staff are also friendly and very helpful.

Wonderful staff. They are so compassionate and understanding. They explain the procedure as well as the cost before they begin. No surprises! A very organized office, they had no problem squeezing me in with an emergency. I definitely would recommend to anyone with anxiety about going to the dentist. I would give more star if possible.

At last, dental experiences that don't fill me with anxiety! Have had many cleanings, one root canal and night guard services here at North Coors and have always had a good experience. Everyone from front desk to hygienists to doctors are friendly and helpful. I would recommend (and I have) this dental group to anyone.

I have a past prejudice and bad feelings for getting dental care. Mountain Dental staff on Coors are professional, knowledgeable, kind and genuine caring; from checking in to sitting on the dental chair to checking out! I am so grateful they are my dental professionals and recommend them to all my friends and family!

The staff at NCD are efficient and kind! My appointments are always on time and I am never surprised at what the out-of-pocket expense will be for procedures. I've been going to North Coors Dental for about 4 years. I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Long and his assistants are great, and my hygienist, Anne, is wonderful. I've never waited more than a few minutes before an appointment, and everyone at the front desk is friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

I have been using North Coors Dental Group for 36 years--since Dr. Farley started it-- and I have always been well taken care of. They are professionals who take care of you and listen to you. From the secretaries on up to the dentists, all have given great service and respect. I recommend them highly!

I must say that my dentist does an amazing job on my teeth and is very quick at it too. The only down side is even when I show up early I've had to wait anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes passed the actually scheduled appointment. So make sure you don't have any plans right after your visit.

My dentist was so nice, gentle and thorough. I had quite a bit of work done, she kept asking if I was OK, if I needed to get up. Also. I thought I would have some discomfort the next day and there was none! For a dental visit it was the best appointment I have had!

I hadn’t seen a dentist in a while due to dental anxiety. Karen, my x-ray tech and Taylor, my dentist, were both marvelous. They put me at ease and were very kind and patient. Alleviated all my fears. The staff at the front desk were also friendly and very helpful.
