"The person who worked the office 4/14/23 offensive,rude and I believe racist even had my mother's permission to give gate code denied access for unreasonable reason he has no PhD not a doctor yet he tells our mother you seem upset and stressed I'll wait go elsewhere not legit company unprofessional refusing family access to our mothers items is a deplorable tactic to obtain rent on the unit also a inconvenience for us to complete our task The employee actually verified that we had the key to the lock yet still denied our access a ridiculous use of power and wrongful denial of entry no referrals for the place and will be contacting other agencies on this issue definitely not his place to diagnose my mother definitely lost a customer use this place carefully"
