Jemma was extremely important for preparing for my delivery. I saw Jemma a little late on my pregnancy, I was already 34 weeks but having a few visits with her made the biggest difference when the time came to give birth to my baby. Jemma not only taught very important exercises for the body, but she also taught me some important mind 'exercises' to continue focused, aware and present during my delivery. She also helped me understand what could happen to my pelvic floor during and after the delivery. I credit Jemma for helping me have a natural delivery with absolutely no interventions and zero damage to my pelvic floor. After my delivery I continued to see Jemma until I was 100% recovered and now, almost 12 months later, I continue to do the exercises she taught me. Thank you Jemma for everything!
