How do you rework a functional bus system and make it so terrible? Now instead of riding the 14 home, I have to catch the train to here, and run down the ramp praying that the bus doesn't leave yet. You give me one minute now to go from train to bus! And now as the bus left early, I'm having to sit here, isolated from regular traffic, trying to avoid eye contact with one of the 5 homeless who frequent this spot! Worst bus system ever! Even New York's got better busses, how pathetic is that?

Poorly laid out. There is no pickup area unless you identify as a bus and you have to cross the bus lanes to get to the parking lot. It's designed as a link from train to bus not as a transportation end point.

Often go from train to bus often a quicker way, home from downtown.

I get the train in the morning to ride the bus to get at work.

I waited for the train on a Sunday, but it never showed.

Long time to wait on buses and trains at times

Bland place to sit if waiting for too long.
