Dr. El-Bjeirami is always very gentle and so kind. I am "high maintenance" when it comes to dental treatments, and gratefully, he never seems to be put off by it! His staff is completely professional, and Stacy (front desk) remembers you and treats you like family. They strive to offer affordable prices when items are not covered by insurance, and have never offered (or pushed) cosmetic extras, or suggested any type of treatment that was not absolutely needed, which I truly appreciate! I also have always liked their small, cozy office. It's in an older building, but very well cared for. It's nice to go to a doctor's office where you don't feel as if you're being "processed through". You have their full attention. I highly recommend Dr. El-Bjeirami!

Whenever I have a problem with a tooth and I called them they are to the rescue. They help me with a payment plan they help me with options they show me on paper my options they helped me in every way possible so they can help me I live a better life and healthier than what I was. The doctor that sees me I can't really pronounce this name the correct way but he also has Crohn's disease and I have Crohn's disease so he always make sure to get me the right medicine and make sure that I don't have any complications as well with my diseases that I live with and all I would refer this dentist to anyone they accept McDonald's insurance and they help you in any way possible

Doctor Ahmad El-Bjeirami has excellent bedside manners. I went for my routine examination, X rays and prophylaxis. His office is impeccable, and his team is very kind, and professional. I felt safely and at peace. He was gentle during the examination and took the time to asked me if I had any questions or concerns. My concern was and still is that why allow dentists to close or limit so much the amount of patients that they can see during this COVID-19. I feel in doing so, patients can have a bad infection on their their mouth that may lead into a heart problem. I know there is correlation between my oral hygiene, and the health of my heart.

Great dentist and staff. Very personable, actually had fun. They take their time with patient rather than bouncing around between patients. 7/7/22 I can not say enough good about this practice, they are great. If you have a negative attitude about seeing a dentist, this doc, his staff and practice will change your whole perspective. Went back again 11/15, had to have 3 pulled. Was inevitable. Just have to reiterate, these folks are great. If your apprhensive about seeing a dentist, Dr E, and staff, are absolutely the ones to see. Who would have thunk there'd be pleasure in seeing one's dentist..

The staff and doctor were super nice, friendly and very professional! I was flabergasted by the latest technology used for my exams. I've never left the dentist office feeling as exuberant as I did on yesterday. I was able to see (on screen) and understand clearly what was going on and what needs to be done. I was treated like a spa queen and I was blessed with good advice and gifts of appreciation since it was my first visit. I can honestly say that I look forward to my future dental appointments.

North Star Family Smiles continues to deliver exceptional customer service. Dr. El-Bjeirami and staff go above and beyond to assure your comfort throughout your cleaning or procedure. Everyone knows your name and you're never treated like a number. Prices are much more reasonable than the shopping center chain dental practices where dentists come and go regularly. Kudos to Dr. El-Bjeirami and his staff for offering excellent dental care at reasonable prices with excellent results.

Great staff and dentist. They were able to squeeze me in for a second opinion after I was told I need 4 crowns and that I grind my teeth after seeing a new dentist. I have never been told that by my prior dentists or dental hygienists so that was a huge surprise. Dr. El-Bjeirami assured me the crowns were not necessary and that a mouth guard was optional. His quote for a mouth guard was also very reasonably priced compared to that last dentist. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Ahmad was incredibly delicate on my sensitive mouth. He took care of all my extensive dental issues and pain. A bridge was my best option and It looks terrific! 100% recommended Get together with Stacey the lovely receptionist for your next dental appointment! I highly recommend the North Star Family Smiles team. My appointment today went exceptionally well. There was no wait time from arrival to exam room. I first had x-rays and then a cleaning. My cleaning was painless. The staff is always friendly & helpful. Dr. El-Bjeirami is a great dentist. Again, I highly recommend them. My visit was 02/23/2021. Absolutely worst dental visit I have ever had in my life. My appointment time was mixed up and the front office staff was extremely rude. I was seen very briefly just to confirm I needed to see a specialist. I was given some help but definitely felt like it was a huge inconvenience! I have been coming to this office for years and am disappointed with how this visit went.

i’m a current patient at north star family smiles & it’s absolutely the best dental office i’ve ever been to. the office is clean, the staff are friendly and super attentive of their new/current patients. came in at my appointment time and was taken care of within 5 minutes. the service was quick but efficient. i recommend this office if you’re in need of a new dentist!

The staff there are always friendly and helpful. The dentist made sure that there would be no discomfort during the procedure. He would explain what he was going to do and to let him know if there was any paper n or discomfort. Overall I enjoy going in to have my teeth worked on and will not hesitate to call on them again in the future if the need arises.

I love the staff! Stephanie at the front desk is a dream! I have 3 preschoolers and things are usually hectic for us but once we got there they took the kids to the back and Stephanie handled our insurance issues all while getting another family checked in!
