During the actual appointment, Dr Kevin Lin] was highly knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain everything he was doing and answer any questions I had. Overall, I highly recommend Dr Kevin Lin and team to anyone in need of dental care. They provide exceptional service and care, and I will definitely be returning for my future dental needs.

I have been going to this practice for almost a decade now. Today has made me question whether I continue going here. Showed up to an appointment that was confirmed the day before. The only thing out of ordinary was that the dentist didn’t show up due to a management / leadership issues. There were no offers for compensation for the time wasted to show up to my appointment nor making another appointment with another dentist available the same day. Extremely disappointed with this experience. I would recommend contacting the dentist you are seeing directly to see if they are actually going to be coming in the day of your appointment. Didn’t even see a dentist and I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Unprofessional.

I’ve been here twice in the last few weeks, once for a loose crown and again for a general checkup and clean. Both dentists that ive seen have been excellent. Very friendly, happy to explain what they’re doing and very efficient. The staff at reception were great, I got a call back from an email enquiry and voicemail really quickly. It’s also the first time I’ve ever had any medical practitioner call me to let me know they were running late and would I mind coming slightly later. Haven’t waiting more that a few minutes on each visit. Booked my next checkup already. Great work guys

I've been coming here for a few years now. After another dentist wanted to do fillings i came to this practice for a second opinion, and have kept coming back since. The trouble with dentists is that you never know when they are fleecing you for money. I never feel fleeced by this practice. All the staff are friendly and pleasant. They all seem honest, trustworthy and never try to sell me scam services like teeth whitening, when your teeth are probaly already as white as they should go.

I had my 1st visit with Dr Damien Ha 5 years’ ago, and I had such a great experience that I’ve never changed to another dentist since. Before Dr. Damien Ha, I was dentist hopping for quite a few years. I then got my husband & my son to visit him too. Dr. Damien was super professional, and very gentle & patient that he explains & educates in a consultative manner to help me make decisions I’m comfortable with. He’s definitely our families’ go-to dentist and I highly recommend him.

I was seen by Dr Harry Ji (Oral health therapist) for a check up and clean. He was fantastic! He did x-rays and photos of my teeth and then spent time showing and discussing the results. He was very informative and not rushed. He gave my teeth a great clean, showing me previously on the images the particular areas of plaque build up that he would clean. He was gentle and I did not have sensitivity afterwards. I would highly recommend Dr Harry Ji for a check up and clean!

Always had wonderful service at North Sydney Dentistry. The team was particularly helpful when I had severely inflamed wisdom teeth during COVID and they organised to have me seen immediately, and took them out in the chair with absolutely no complications. While I’ve changed health insurance providers so my visits are no longer fully covered, the team is well worth visiting even with the gap payment as they are always thorough, welcoming and responsive.

I have been going to North Sydney Dentistry for many years and highly recommend this clinic. I went in for a clean (scale and polish) today and Harry was very attentive, listening to all my concerns, answering questions and gave me lots of advice. They're great at outlining all your options and are transparent about costs, timelines, etc. Also, the receptionists were super understanding when I forgot my health fund card, even helping me download the digital version so that I didn't have to claim retroactively :) Great practice!

I choose this clinic because a friend of mine suggested to me. A normal thing to be a bit concerned as I did them know them, but Giovanna took care about me and her work and customer service was fantastic! She did a 1 hour cleaning, X-ray scanning & teeth check out. I am very happy with the results and totally recommend.

The dentists are highliy skilled, with good advice. They are honest and don't suggest any procedures unless they are 100% necessary. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We decided to change our dentist and looked for a MediBank approved dentist and we luckily found North Sydney Dentistry. They have been great, especially Ang and the best part is that we have not had to pay because it's all been covered by MediBank. Great service, clean teeth and not a dime paid out of our pocket.
