We are in a horrible heatwave in Texas. Temperatures are over 100 degrees and humidity is high too. We love to take our dogs to this wonderful dog-friendly upscale mall. We walk around several times, stop in some of the stores on occasion, eat lunch at one of the restaurants with a patio outside of the restaurant but inside the mall. There are many, many choices of places to eat or snack. Upstairs, there is a lovely food court. There are tons of opportunities for socialization of the dogs - we have met so many lovely people when there. Dogs are welcome in many of the stores. The mall is so clean and so beautiful. There is a beautiful outside garden area in the middle of the mall - it is too hot to fully enjoy it, but there are shady places so we usually stroll through to look at the beautiful landscaping. We always park in the parking garage that keeps the car nice and cool. There is security in the garage and maybe one of the nicest features are lights in the ceiling that indicate where there are parking spaces.
The atmosphere is enchanting. Want to stay the whole day? Bring it on. This mall is an attraction within itself. From luxury designer brands to every day shopping needs, this is the place to be. Iconic sculptures and lush vegetation line the spacious pathways. Towering shops and gorgeous interior design create a gorgeous view as far as your eyes can see. The white brick, throughout the interior and exterior of the building itself, pulls your focus to the brightly colored displays at each window. The calming white noise of bustling storefronts and satisfied families and friends create a cheery atmosphere. I ate a wonderful meal, had a pleasant shopping spree, and a memorable walk around the structure to treat myself to a great day. The parking is plentiful both covered and open for rainy or hot days. The layout is intuitive for first timers and it feels safe and open here all day.
I love this mall my girlfriends and I wanted to do some after Xmas shopping and it was awesome!!!!! My husband favorite store is Vineyard Vines we walked into this beautiful neat and inviting store. This store was so professional looking you couldn't help but shop. The salespersons were very friendly and helpful!!! One of the salesperson that helped me was Chris. Chris gave us the Vineyard first class service. I purchased three shirts and I told Chris it was my husband's birthday gift he graciously put them in a box and put a ribbon on it. My husband was so happy and surprised. Thank you so much Vineyard Vines for hiring such a professional and customer service oriented associate. I asked him could I take his pic and here we are!!!!I usually I shop online but shopping in the store was an awesome experience!!!!!
Very rich mall, very fancy. Hardly anyone was inside the expensive clothing stores though because nobody wants to pay that much . It’s very pretty and decorative though in the hallways. I liked the cafeteria area on the second floor — has a lot of natural light, an area with trees that looked lovely, and a cool view. However, there was an area with these fountains that WERE pretty... but there were ducks and turtles there that SHOULD NOT BE THERE. That is definitely not the right water for them — there were COINS in the water! Not to mention that the turtles looked like the wanted to stay out of the water as much as possible and the ducks were literally just swimming in circles. No soil or soft, warm ground that wasn’t tiles for them to stand/sit on!
I like these place to walk and look around but today I came to see the deals but I found lot's of stores gone, honestly I didn't found much but still a great place to walk around and enjoy the fresh place, plus lots of new stores are comingto replace the ones the left. Game stop is gone, Disney store gone, Gap gone and even Sonic, my kids just to eat from sonic but other than that still a great place, still has Gucci, Coach, Michael Kors, Banana Republic, Dillard's, Macy's, Nordstrom and many other small stores plus the dinning, so yes still lots of stores to visit and the place it's pretty big.
An exceptional shopping haven catering to diverse needs. This sprawling center is home to an extensive collection of well-known brands, ensuring an unparalleled shopping experience. Revel in the latest blockbusters at the cutting-edge movie theater, indulge your taste buds with a wide array of culinary delights at the diverse food court, savor the rich aroma of coffee at the convenient Starbucks outlet, and explore the innovation at the iconic Apple Store. Furthermore, ample parking space is available, providing utmost convenience for visitors seeking to explore this retail paradise.
This Mall is a really very nice Mall. It is located in a very nice and convenient location. There are plenty of stores to shop from. There are very nice Restaurants too. My family and I love coming here. My kids especially love coming here. They love Microsoft Store and Apple Store. The Location is fantastic and the Mall is very easy to navigate. A very good tourist attraction. The Food Court is very nice and neat. The House Keeping Staff are always cleaning the tables after every customer. This Mall is definitely a very good Tourist Attraction
Northpark Center is like the epitome of a Luxury shopping experience, from boutiques to luxury brands you have it all here. There's an AMC movie theater in the second level, adjoining fast fashion brand - Zara. Additionally there's an open food court with a multifarious food outlets to choose from. The whole time, I have tumbled into multiple art installations around the mall and amazing flowers too. The mall is very spacious and has adequate parking. Northpark Center, Dallas is where people with deep pockets shop.
Great mall! Many high end stores and surprisingly, the mall was very full and active! It was great seeing many individuals enjoying their day with family and friends. The stores were very nice and I did not notice any empty stores or stores that were shut down. We received exceptional services in each store, especially Dillards. There’s also a movie theater and the parking is very crowded. I believe the mall has 2-3 floors. We did not visit every store. This would be a great experience for the weekend with family!
This is a large and high quality shopping center. ..first time visit for me, and it was nice even if it was just for a walk. Very accessible with a huge free parking, this mall is clean and safe..almost every brand and luxury boutiques are presented there, and very entertaining too with all these museum-quality art pieces all around the mall. For the dining part, there is a variety of restaurants, La madeleine country french café, La Pizza & La Pasta at Eataly ...and more. I Highly recomend this place.
The mall is spacious and clear. I did encounter a person who started yelling at me for having my kids get in their way while turing a corner. His speed walking didnt help. Which brings me to the thought of not seeing enough security. I saw 3 total. The amount of security should go by how many square feet the building is or by the count of civilians. A 2.4 million square foot building needs a security guard who can get to any emergency situation in at a minimum of two minutes.
Best upscale mall in Dallas. it’s very clean and the mall is nicely decorated with art and seasonal flowers. There is some thing for everyone ,it’s not only for high end luxury stores but there are other stores too for shopping at lower price and sale. We also like Eatally store and restaurant there. It’s one of the best authentic place for Italian food lovers. There is also food court with many fast food shops and ice cream shops. It’s a good place to spend your time there.
Good place to visit with a lot of options. If you wanna walk around, grab a quick bite (fast food court) or eat dinner (Kona Grill is a good option). There is an AMC at the top if you wanna see a movie, but I find the folks here to be on their phones or noisy during the movie more often than other theaters. SMG or Alamo are better options IMO. There's also an open courtyard area in the middle. The art displays and mini-car shows are pretty neat if you can catch them.
For such a world class shopping destination North Park needs some improvements. Soon. It's great for shopping and dining, but.... The parking lot needs repaving. Badly. It"s been that way for decades! And some landscaping would do well too. Any areas that had grass before is dirt. And can something be done about the thugs that brings the mall class level down as well. Thanks. PS the homeless folks on all the street corners is a horrible look too!
The NorthPark Center blows the Galleria Mall out of the water. North Park is extremely clean, and it is easy to see how well the staff does keeping the place spotless (even the floors). The plants and trees around the mall are also well kept. There is a wide range of stores you can find in the mall, and most of them are useful. The food court has solid options, and overall, the mall is pleasant to be in, even if you’re not purchasing anything.
As a person who is not a big fan of malls, this place is still a good one to visit. It has one of the most diverse selection of retailers. They also include many art installations throughout the year which is always cool. The food options are also great here and it always has a good crowd. If you are looking for a pick-me-up definitely check out the I Love Juice Bar across the highway. It’s definitely worth the quick one minute trip.
Very large mall with high-end stores and some regular stores but not many. Not many shoe stores like champs and footlocker. Definitely geared to a certain style. The mall is extremely large and you can get your steps in for sure or perhaps get a little lost or confused. The flowers are so lovely in this place, I love the layout and clean modern look. I just didn’t find much of anything I wanted to buy at good prices.
OK, let me start by saying I’ve been to Italy multiple times from the south all the way to Milan and the experience is almost right on par except for where we ate they did not have Apporoll or Capri however, they just didn’t have the spritz but the food was magnificent experience made me feel like I had Italy and one Location you have to try this out the pasta, the linguine wow just simply amazing
Clean and well maintained. On my previous visit I was pleased to find all the new safety measures the mall has implemented. I didn't even have to open the door to enter the mall, a staff member was there to open the door for us. We didn't eat at the food court but I noticed they cleaned each table after each use and even used a new paper cover as an added protection. Every one was wearing masks.
Retro mall with good vibes. The mall is very big, so prepare to spend plenty of time here walking and exploring. There’s an eataly here as well. Plenty of parking outside the mall. They have a lot of Christmas decorations up that are very cute. There are high end stores and speciality perfume and cologne stores that I like. Aesop, Jo Malone, diptyque, vuori, designer furniture stores.
I'm visiting the Dallas area for the first time because of the Metallica concerts. There were a few stores in this mall that I wanted to check out. My first impression was the sheer size of this place. It's one of the biggest malls I've ever walked in. Also surprised to see the number of people there. Most malls across the country are dying but this one is thriving.
‼️WARNING‼️ EATALY is addictive... but in the best way. So many categories, aisles, shelves, etc. are choc-full of delicious options for the gourmands. It takes me at least an hour to browse & narrow down which yummy foods I'll be bringing home. But I love to explore, taste, experiment & create new dishes, so it's always a lovely edible adventure! Go! TODAY!
My favorite mall in the Dallas area! I love how the art always changes and the displays! Also appreciate the luxury stores, the cute duck pond and the fountain. I think if you grew up in Dallas going to this mall as a child, it is a right of passage to slide down the planters where the duck pond is at. Also I really love the addition of Eataly!
Large shopping center with designer brands and a slightly more upscale feel than other shopping centers in the area. Food court has several options that should satisfy just about anyone as well as proper restaurants in other areas of the center. Center is very well kept and an easy way to get in all your daily steps by visiting both levels.
Yea, all the nice and fancey stores and everything, but have you ever seen restrooms soooooooooo clean before. Seriously, these restrooms were so nice and clean. Smells like a bouquet of flowers! Good job, NorthPark, on keeping your restrooms so clean. It is an indication of overall cleanliness and caring about your customers. 6 STARS
I love this mall! Beautiful plantings, fantastic artworks. The perfect combination of culture and capitalism. A broad selection of shops and price points. This mall is also the perfect size, not so huge that you're exhausted and overwhelmed before you've seen half of it and not so small that you can't find what you're looking for.
Almost always predictable & yet some surprises, too. So much to see and do. Clean, safe, fun, window shop or ducking into stores (T-Mobile)or venues or for a quick meal or dining romantically. People/ family watching. Memories return since I was even at the North Park MALL OPENING and remember The Nashers and many social events.
Went to see the trains. Nice thing to do on a day out. Has quite a few trains. Set is neat to look at as always. Admission is an ok price. Wish it was a larger display and a couple more different scale trains. Wasn't too crowded when we went but some days it could be. Not a whole lot of area to walk through. But it's neat.
Nice and clean mall very near to Dallas downtown. Always keep the decorations Apt during every season. Live piano artist and sculptures across the mall. Ample Parking surrounding the mall. Number of restrooms are less and need clear marking. Have plenty of brands but less deals. Crowd is not that heavy during weekend.
It is one of the best and big mall in Dallas area. NorthPark center have lot of big brands and it is very well maintained. Inside the mall have lot of art works , those are very beautiful and clean. There is a clock inside the mall , that rings every hour with beautiful song , it is one of the big attractions.
I love the atmosphere. I love the fact that it was the first indoor shopping mall in the U.S., and that it is now in the capable leadership of the second generation. Many of the displays encourage the shopper, not only to buy, but to give to benefit the hungry, hurting, hopeless, & homeless, of our community.
An amazing mall, has a lot of high-end shops and is very comfortable to walk around in there a save done such a nice job with a plant and Landscaping inside the mall, it looks amazing I know it says probably the best mall in Dallas. The Galleria is a nice small as well but I truly believe this one is better.
Shopped at Eataly and they have almost everything you can imagine for authentic Italian dishes. We were looking for some specific ingredients for a traditional carbonara and they had everything and more. The mall is good, but Eataly is amazing. Highly recommend shopping here if you need anything Italian.
This shopping mall has most all stores available in the area. It makes for a one-stop shopping. However, I wish it were closer to me since I have to drive a couple hours to get there. The selection is about as good as anywhere right now. I do appreciate that it has adequate selection in their stores.
I drove my son to the AMC movies to meet his friends. While he was hanging out with his friends, I walked around the mall. Stopped by a local coffee shop and worked remotely. Roamed around the mall window shopping. This was a good way to keep my kid busy, and I was able to get a lot done as well.
Nice place for shopping as well as window shopping with almost all retailers present in with dynamic price range. Best thing is fantastic structures representing Sculptures and Art. I do recommend this place for person interested in indoor photography, you will find lot many things to capture.
Clean mall a must if you want to shop around a lot of stores and if you are feeling hungry they have a great choice at the food court. Always hit this mall up because of the many stores they have and also because of the chicken place they have. Recommend this mall the parking is also a plus.
Nice upscale mall in North Dallas. Parking may be a challenge depending on which side of the building you are. Plenty of outlets but limited rest spots and restaurants. Play space for kids are not available so, don’t think of staying long if you are with kids. There’s a lego store though.
I’m so ready for the Christmas decorations as the year winds down. The trains always take me right back to childhood and wonder and merriment of the holidays! It’s always great to take a stroll through the bright and vast corridors of NorthPark. This time of year is extra special though!
Best small I've ever been to. Very clean wide selection of top brands. Safe and very stylish. I could go and spend all day just looking at the art work. The sculptures are not just hunks of material poorly put out. Every piece spoke to me and had something different than the last piece.
Very beautiful shopping mall with all the luxury stores in there. But there not many food shops or beverages sold here. The shop i like most was Eataly which sells wines, beverages and food. I like it here because they have a small bar and restaurant in the store serving Italian food.
I’ll call this a really nice and high end shopping mall. They have a ton of clothing stores, furniture store and high fashion brands. Definitely a great place to shop and eat and catch a movie at the AMC. Plenty of parking and easy access to Nordstrom and Eatly. Highly recommend.
When I walk in this mall I smell heavenly perfumes. The mall is clean, every sales associate we met were professional & friendly without being pushy to make a sell. The food choices were numerous- we had some creamy gelato @ Paciugo & delicious truffle food at The Shake Shack.
The mall is pretty ridiculous! It's full of name brand stores that are completely overpriced! People seemed to be walking around, but most without any bags at all. I think people go to window shop. There are so many security guards at many of the stores. It's also very small!
Great mall with lots of stores. They have more of the designer type of stores; Louis Vuitton, D&G, Hublot, Isabella M.....and lots lots more!! They also have beautiful artwork throughout the mall. Make sure you wear your sneakers/ comfortable shoes cuz it's a workout lol.
Meh. I found this mall to be boring, cold, and dated. Food court was lame. Very few offerings. Plenty of uncomfortable seating available. There was no character to this place. Also found the staff I encountered to be extremely unfriendly. Major disappointment.
I could just visit North Park center for their exceptional display of plants. I hardly go to any malls because of fear of mass shootings but just adore the relaxing atmosphere in this particular mall. I learned about new plants and had a great time there.
Been my fave mall for 2 decades now. Quite a few stores have closed but Zales is open and Bonita is still there! She’s amazing! Hopefully next time I stop by they will have earring backs in. Been trying to get some new ones for over a year ♀️ …
Beautiful mall. Pretty flowers inside and outside. Food Court was clean with a nice variety of restaurants. Lots of stores to shop from. We went to AMC 15 and it's a wonderful theater. I can't wait to return for dinner, shopping and a movie.
We visited lots of malls across Texas on our road trip. This was THE BEST by a country mile. Great shops. Great artwork. Great facilities The Halloween decorations were just fantastic. They just blew our minds. Spend some quality time here.
I LOVE THIS MALL! We don't live in the Dallas area so everytime we visit, this is always a must stop! The ducks are my absolute favorite and can watch them for hours, along with the turtles. But there are a few things that make this mall
Great mall especially for art lovers 'coz they usually have these art exhibits all around the mall. Tons of quality stores including luxury brands too. Parking is never an issue. They have multiple parking garages and outdoor parking too.
NorthPark Center in Dallas, Texas, offers a sophisticated shopping experience with a diverse range of high-end and mainstream retailers. The architecture is captivating, featuring stunning artwork and design elements. The mall provides a
This is a 2 floor big mall with a lot of stores and shops. Also the decoration is amazing with the lights. It is a great place to visit and shop with family and friends. Also they have AMC cinema and a food court with a lot of stuff.
My absolute favorite mall in the world! Such a great variety of stores. Plus it’s beautiful! Classic, slightly retro and nostalgic! Reminds me of when shopping malls were in their prime because I suspect this mall is doing just fine!
I like this mall, it has a nice variety of stores and art sculptures. The personnel that works at the stores and mall are nice. It is a good place for shopping, walking, or hanging out. They decorate very nicely for the holidays.
Very nice place to do casual shopping. Lots of varieties of brands clothing as well as stuffs. Maintained COVID-19 restrictions for visitors. Lots of places for children to enjoy as well. And the foods court are also awesome.
Heavenly looking mall. Tons of stores, but be prepared to spend a lot of money if you're looking to buy anything. The stores are mostly if not all high end luxury esque items. There's an AMC inside and plenty of food places.
Service on 9/2/23 was exceptional by the Estee Lauder Counter Reps. They went above and beyond to satisfy my every need! Very pleased with quote the product and the attentive and knowledgeable staff! Awesome. Thank you all!
I was there on December and it was a good experience. A found Everything that I wanted to gift for Christmas. After that I visited it once I can, and also my two babies enjoy the storie time on Fridays. I Love this place
Amazing Shopping Center, It's a pretty big mall. Stores are constantly changing every year. Some leave and will go replaced by newer ones. The Square and Linear Layout can get confusing for some people
This place wasn't what I expected at all. Very upscale with a lot of high-end stores. It's not super crowded and is very clean. I will be back, I was a little overwhelmed with my surroundings. …
Absolutely stunning mall with friendly staff. With the grave variety of stores to shop and eat. I love this seasonal decorations and artwork. Make sure to stop by if you haven't already.
Amazing mall, definitely my number two mall in the DFW area behind the Galleria. Plenty of high quality stores and they have great, decorations and artwork. The most I've ever seen.
This mall is as nice as it comes. The have everything you could ever want And it just feels nice. This mall is the equivalent of a 5 star hotel. NorthPark Center mall > The Galleria
It is my favorite. We have fun. We buy a lot of good stuff ( Lego, bath stuff, perfume, clothes) with good prices. It has amazing activities for kids like trains area and a lot.
Love this center. Beautiful gardens, the best shops, and Nasher art throughout. I can spend all day here. Its been in Dallas since I was little and still just as impressive now.
Love Northpark mall , always super clean , love the store selection, food court has decent selection, movie theater inside definitely a plus , definitely a good hangout spot.
North Park Mall is a great place to feel the Holiday Spirit, so many wonderful Christmas decorations and attentions, always something to see to put you in that Holiday Mood
It's was safe and crowd you would have thought it was Christmas time already lots of shopping going on I had went to Macy's and hey they were having a great sale. Love it!!
Beautiful interior with multiple floral arrangements. Upscale shops yet very comfortable feel. Really good Italian food options plus the usual food court staples.
You can really tell how much effort they put into this mall, as they literally are always changing their decorations. Amazing mall with a wide variety of stores.
Thrilled with the mall's constant expansion! Parking can be tricky on weekends; best to go early or during the week. Love the growth and variety it offers.
Great all inside ac and had the luxury brands as well as the basics nice to see the art instalments too also had water features with ducks and turtles
This is my most favorite mall in Dallas. I love their architectural interior designs. It’s huge and they have outlets of so many varieties of brands.
It's always fun and nice to walk around and window shop. They have a vast variety of stores to check out. I highly recommend it.
Beautiful shopping center. Was extremely clean and the parking garage let's you know where there are open spots.
Best mall. Second to none. Concrete floors polished to a fine art. A must see. No gimmicks. Real retail.
All of the stores are pretty decent but my go to stores are Bath and Body Works as well as Starbucks.
Tons of cool fountains and atriums throughout the mall. Some very interesting art displays as well.
Lots of great places to shop at . people are friendly and so are the workers clean in whole mall.
I love the variety of stores and people who shop there. It is a very diverse experience.
NorthPark has a great assortment of luxury stores and yummy eateries to choose from.
