"All our gyms are included in our memberships" "is that not something I have to pay extra for" "no" Turns out the membership including all sites is indeed extra, she just wants to sell me into the heighest membership. "our membership includes the Spa" "oh you have a spa?" "not yet, but it's coming soon" These aren't people interested in getting anyone active, they are low brow salesman, same issue in Watford site.

Overpromice underdeliver. If you have a problem nobody takes responsibility. Offer free month to get you start a contract but they dont give it after that. Pasquel (sales rep) is a liar I'm sorry to be that rude but that is simply the truth. Im very disappointed from him. It's been 3 months since he promices a free month will be next month. I forgot my pass card once in around 3 years of membership and I was told if I forget it again there will be a penalty lol.

Reception --- Polite staff. CAFE --- VERY RUDE WOMEN. They'll make u realize wat gr8 mistake u did by coming to their counter & ordering a coffee. If Language is a problem, please clarify while hiring that English Language Understanding is a must. AVOID CAFE AT ALL COST. Highly overpriced & worse service.

Very nice and helpful staff. Always amazing amount of children books to chose from. It's really convenient to return books within Leisure Centre opening times even when library is closed. You can always come to play chess.

Don't park in the car park unless you want your car nicked. Two brand new cars stolen in a single month. The place is teeming with thieves who break into lockers and steal car keys, mobile phones etc. You've been warned!

Good facilities but parking here is a nightmare! Go early before your session because you will be sat there waiting for a space to become free. Also my kids end up getting foot problems because of their cleanliness.

Just started taking my toddler weekly. Nice and quiet in the morning. I like the layout and the water doesn't smell too strongly of chlorine. The staff are very young and not able to answer all questions.

There is indeed a leisure facility but I was at the library on the ground floor. Excellent selection of non-fiction and a very attentive and knowledgeable librarian. He went above himself to assist.

Nice pool, car park only 20p for 2 hours! Beware lockers use 20p, which you don't get back, so make sure that you keep wash gear out in advance!

They really need to do something for parking. Half the time I've had to turn back as no car park available. Pool is always ridiculously cold

Pretty decent. Libary is quite loud.Caffe prices are over the average. Swimming pool is strict and the lockers require you to pay 1 pound

The staff are pretty arrogant and half of the time don't want to listen. Changing rooms always wet. Gym is pretty spot on however.

Studio 1 was too hot today for a non-static exercise class. Probably OK for the Pilates class prior thou

Fitness classes pritty good but 25 meter pool can get annoyingly busy in the evenings.

Good, workers are respectful I can use anything in there like computer scanner copier

Staff not very helping, bit rude. Swimming pool water cold even when it says warm.
