Confirmed multiple times on the phone that my insurance would cover my cleaning, I show up and because I don’t want to pay $80 for a rinse that I told them I don’t need nor do I want they would not do the cleaning that insurance DID cover. Shouldn’t you AT LEAST do the cleaning if you think my teeth are THAT inflamed that I need the rinse? So because I don’t want to pay and expressed via phone I could not afford to pay for something I don’t even want, you won’t do anything for me at all? It’s a really nice office and yes they will see you quickly, but that’s not the point, your job is to take care of peoples teeth and if it’s covered by insurance and you don’t want to do it, then…basically you just don’t want do your job….? Would’ve been nice if i was told in advance that they weren’t going to perform the covered cleaning I was scheduled for UNLESS I was willing to shell out $80 for a treatment I expressed clearly I did not want, would have saved me a trip, time and gas.

I came to this office in a time of emergency - chipped tooth needed to be extracted, plus a few cavities, plus the eventual implant to replace the extraction. I was treated with dignity here! They were helpful and not judgmental. The extraction was easy and painless. They gave me good aftercare directions and had no problem doing a quick check up when I called a few days later. Now I am doing Invisalign treatment and Anthony and Alex have been the two helping me with this. It was easy peasy to do the scans and now I am on week 2 of my treatment. They are all very sweet here and will take good care of you! Easy to communicate via text too. Very glad I found this office, new dentist can be a shot in the dark especially after 20+ years with the previous dentist office I went to. Very happy with the work done & great environment of Northridge Advanced!

After a terrible experience at my regular dentist with a wisdom removal service, I called Northridge Advanced Dentistry at 9pm and they answered and immediately told me how to relieve the excruciating pain i was in. They were able to see me as soon as they opened, and was immediately welcomed and attended to. Dr. Kashani and his amazing registered assistant Angel were able to walk me through my entire visit and made me feel super comfortable. I am so glad I was able to find them, as they alleviated my pain and was scheduled for a follow up appointment within two weeks. Overall, I had a great experience and I will absolutely be returning!

I might do some research with the Better Business Bureau just to make sure no one else has this issue. I had a disappointing experience at this dental clinic. While my initial interaction with the X-ray technician was positive, subsequent interactions with the front desk personnel with curly hair and missing pinky finger were not as pleasant. I requested clarification and privacy, which resulted in a transfer to a more helpful staff member. When discussing my visit with my insurance, however, the suggestion to seek care elsewhere was highly encouraged . It is evident that not every location is ideal for everyone.

Loved everything about this place, everyone was super friendly and professional. Scheduled my appointment and received a text a couple days before to confirm my appointment. Went in and was in to see the staff right after I filled out paperwork. Each person that attended my room offered water and were consistently communicating next steps. My insurance didn’t cover some of the costs and they spent time to break down everything that needed to be done and worked with me on price. I’ve never had such a smooth dental visit and most definitely recommend anyone to this location!

I was in need of a a deep cleaning and I was so amazed with this dental office. They start you off with a whole set of X-rays, then the doctor goes in and explains everything. They make sure to go into detail and explain everything thoroughly before starting on any procedure. I was able to get my teeth cleaned that same day which was so convenient considering I had called multiple dental offices in the area and the turn around was 2-3 weeks! The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. I’m glad I found this place !

Where do I begin…it was such a great experience to see a team express care, understanding, knowledge and patience. Dr.Perline took the time to explain everything step by step and removed all worries. The procedure was quick and the recovery was easy too! Thank you to Angel, Anthony and Diana for excellent service and such wonderful, kind, and positive personalities! Dr Kashani is incredible! He Literally changed my life. I came in with a tough case from a previous dentist, an implant that didn't match and he was able to create an entirely new smile for me and I am just in awe! All of his associates + Angel, Anthony, Tracy, Diana and Angie are also sooo sweet, wonderful & all knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Dr Kashani enough- he is the only person I trust with my smile. No other dentistry compares!!!!!

I like going to this dental office because everything is explained to me. Dayana gives me the insurance rundown. Dr. Perline is great at explaining the procedures with pictures and she tells me what she will do as she is doing it. No surprises. Dr. Perline is a gentle dentist I didn’t feel any discomfort after my crown Angel is the best dental assistant very knowledgeable Serene and Lori are amazing assistants and dental hygienist.

This place got my teeth right! The staff here alre all so kind and caring, ready to answer any questions or concerns you have! If you're looking to get any dental work done or get some Invisalign to straighten your teeth, I highly recommend these people! Dr. Kashani and Angel are the best! If you go there, I highly recommend to ask for them. They will treat you right!

I had an emergency situation with a crown and Dr. Kashani and his team fit me right in same day. I was super nervous and everyone made me feel comfortable. The front desk is super polite the office is clean I felt very comfortable going there. I highly recommend them!

Horrible office staff. Refuse to go with the insurance allowences, and want to breach their contract with the insurance. Totally illegal. Not responsive and drag you multiple times to their office for nothing. Just horrible customer service on the office side.
