Every step of my experience with this clinic was hands-down terrible. The website is out of date and doesn't even list the correct business hours. It also doesn't mention all of the clinic's doctors. I had to call 3 times before the system would actually put me through to the receptionist to book an appointment, and then she apparently could not understand me, because while I said and spelled my name for her numerous times, she still thought my name was 'Martha' and wrote my appointment down that way. She also had no idea what a tetanus shot was, so I had to repeat that multiple times as well and explain to her what it was. Once I finally booked an appointment, I received a call back an hour and a half later asking me what shot 'Martha' needed and that they would check with the doctor and get back to me on whether or not she 'does that shot.' I didn't get a call back, but considering tetanus is a very common shot, I wasn't too concerned. I arrived at the front desk about 5 minutes early and was immediately struck by how many signs they had on the desk letting everyone know about the costs of their services and their pay-for-priority program 'Advantage+'. But I checked in easily and was soon in a room to await the doctor. Doctor Tasneem arrived and without even greeting me, she asked where the vial of vaccine was. I told her they hadn't brought one in with me when I was walked to the room, and she shook her head and seemed annoyed with me. Apparently, I was meant to purchase and bring my own vial of tetanus booster vaccine for her to administer. I've never heard of this - I've never had to bring my own vial of vaccine with me for any shot. This was also not even mentioned to me over the phone. Though, seeing as the woman booking my appointment couldn't even get my name or the word 'tetanus' right, perhaps that shouldn't be so surprising. She offered to 'check the fridge' for the vaccine that I could buy from them, then came back and told me they had none. I expressed to her that her receptionist had never even mentioned bringing my own or paying for a standard, necessary booster shot, and she promptly left the room without saying goodbye or anything, leaving me to find my way back through the corridors and out of this ridiculous clinic. Needless to say I definitely will not be back and wouldn't recommend this clinic or this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Ataher Mohamed gave me the worst medical experience I've ever had. The first thing he said after walking into the room where I was waiting 20 minutes (I was on time for my appointment) was that "I'm very busy and it's near the end of the day so I can only look at a single issue. You have to pick what is the most important thing to you". He then proceeded to rush me along as quickly as possible. I don't think he even spent 3 minutes with me. He should not be practicing family medicine with such an attitude. I honestly think the average person paired with ChatGPT could do a better job than he can. It saddens me that there are middle men like him between the public and access to diagnostic tests and medication. The fact that doctors can behave this way without repercussion is a glaring example of how our medical system is broken. Hopefully the thing I very quickly mentioned was the right choice and the other 2 things I was going to ask him about aren't going to cause me harm over the next few days until I can get an appointment somewhere else.

Dr.Salem is my family Dr and I have had Many Dr's in the last 10-11 years and not 1 of those Dr's actually listened or treated me like a person, I was only a patient and number to them. Dr.Salem on the other hand he listens he really listens and he comes up with solutions right then and there. Dr.Salem also isn't like those other ones where they write a script and your gone. We talk about my medication everytime I see him and cause of him we were able to work together and lower my dosages of meds. Not many Dr's do that. My children care about him and really like him cause he gives off that vibe that he has an amazing heart and soul and my kids sense that After almost 8-9 years of stomach issues I tell Dr.Salem and within a month he's getting me into specialists and just being a very encouraging Dr. It's so nice to finally feel welcomed and not feel like a number where they rush to get you in and out. Thank you Dr.Salem for being such an amazing person and Dr. Thank You.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit and the quality of care I received by Dr. Ataher Mohamed to address a current medical condition. Instead of addressing my concern, he rushed out of the patient room to print my outdated lab results from a year and a half ago and advised me to go to the original doctor (at another walk in clinic). I'm in disbelief that a doctor can be compensated for providing no service. I've been able to view my lab results online for the last few years and was already aware of the results he presented. This was not the professional conduct I expected. Dr Mohammed is not the best doctor if you need attention to detail... I have struggled through well over 2 years with him...I wish I had a doctor that knew why I was coming in to see him. I will never forget that day he blurted out to me..you have cancer! This wasn't the end of the feeling of not important He would never know why I was called to a appointment...the last time I seen him I went to have 3 stitches removed...he cut them all after struggling to open the package that they were in...after running the tweezers over the cut several times as I flinched he said I was good to go. The next day I had to pull 2 of the 3 stiches out myself...I would not suggest anyone go to him! I haven't shared things that would be not good for him at all. Just keep looking!

I would like to recommend Dr.Gumed to anyone who is looking for a caring and knowledgeable GP. Dr. Gumed has been my family doctor only since September of this year, but I am sure that it was the best decision I've made (in ~ 10 years) when I went to see her for the fist time;). First of all, she made a treatment plan for my old issue and since we started the plan I am getting better. She also answered all the questions I had that that I couldn't get answers to before. Secondly, she identified a potential problematic area and sent me for a number of tests to make sure I am OK. Lastly, she has a great personality to her: nice and professional. All I was looking in my family dr for years! Interaction with the administration was nothing but a pleasant experience:)

I really like the doctors, however the front desk staff is kinda rude. I overheard a lady in front of Dr. Taha’s side (I’m assuming the manager of reception?) speaking poorly of one of the other ladies that works there when she wasn’t around and I found it very unprofessional. I don’t usually complain but this was unacceptable. The other girl that was working with her at the time was gossiping with her as well. If you’re gonna be speaking poorly of eachother, don’t do it in front of patients. ‍♀️

The front desk of the doctors side, very poor costumer service . Dr. Salem walked out of the office because I was upset about a medical issue ... again very unprofessional. If their not cancelling your appointments each time then your waiting for over an hour when you have an appointment for a certain time . the Owner of the clinic Dr. Mohammed is never there or always cancels , unprofessional... on the other side where there is chiro, physio, & massage ... their excellent ! Dr. Taha runs a good team .

Went to this clinic for a massage therapy treatment. There was paper sheets on the table, similar to paper use on doctor examination tables. Not comfortable. I also told her of an recent injury, which she continued to use techniques that may have re injured the area, had I not asked her to stop. I was not impressed at all. When the massage was done she told me it was complete and left the room so I can change, never saw her again. I had to find my own way out. No homecare or recommendations were given.

Just recently started seeing Dr. Salem and I'm very impressed so far. You don't feel rushed and he patiently deals with the issues you bring to him. I appreciate that they don't automatically book an appointment with you just because test results come back ... unless those results require some follow up. We're thrilled that we moved over to his practice. Based on the experiences I had with our previous doctor's office staff, his staff are a vast improvement.

Personally I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful or at the least professional. I have my regular doctor here and found some of the other docs to be good as well. They pretty much get you in on your appointment and never had to wait long. Only complaint is referrals are pretty slow to get but it is more due to the system itself here in Alberta then the staff, they are helpful in trying to find someone else if I complain on wait.

I had an appointment yesterday at 3:20 pm but they prioritize others that had an appointment later than me. I waited for almost hour and asked the receptionist if I can finally see the doctor. She told me that I'm next in line but called the person who had a 4:05pm appointment. She wasn't even sorry and told me to wait in such a rude manner. No patients deserve such treatment especially that our health is on the line. Never coming back again.

Dr. Mohammed is fantastic ! After telling him my problem. He right away wanted to me to do blood work. Every other doctor/ person I have shared my concern with would just shrugg my situation, by telling me it's in my head. Or got me to do blood work that didn't catch the underlining of my problem. Dr. Mohammed is wonderful!!! Thank you for helping me and being concerned with my health

Chiropractors side is having awesome staffs very friendly,and very much approachable...on the other side it's just opposite..very rude staffs and even if the clinic is empty they will make the wait time at least 45mins to 1 hr... They spend most of the time chatting between themself...not happy at all. My advice is to change the entire reception girls on dr.mohammeds side.

I came to this clinic a few days ago and the receptionist was extremely rude. Her attitude was disgusting. I cannot believe someone like her has a job there. Will not return. I feel sorry for the owner of the clinic because you are going to lose a lot of business because no one in their right mind will return there after being tread so horribly.

All the secretaries in this medical clinic is un-knowledgeable, zero knowledge of customer service and unable to help people that they serve which is the reason why they are there. I am completely convinced that whoever hire these ladies is very incompetent. No good sense of judgement who should they hire for the job.

If I could give this clinic a zero I would. The ladies in the front were helpful however Dr. Shamaka was very rude and condescending in terms of being able to understand and sympathize with his patients. Came in today looking for help but left feeling disrespected. WOULDN’T recommended him to anyone. And he smells.

I wasn’t a walk in so I had my appointment but there was still a 30 min wait.. On top of that they gave me a different doctor than the one I booked for.. Mhm.. Something’s a little off.. I understand it gets busy but I wish I saw my preferred doctor that I booked for and waited extra 30 mins for!

DR. Gumed Absolutely shows pro advocacy for helping my son and me. She genuinely cares about his mental health. Its been a long journey and we have continuously worked together since moving here two years ago and improvements are on the uprise.

I found the front desk staff very unprofessional ignorant and rude. I can't say anything about the rest of the staff considering their business hours are completely off always closing an hour or even 2 hours before the time

I've been coming to this clinic for years now and it hasn't changed since. I usually make an appointment for this clinic and even when I do it seems that I'm waiting forever just to have not even 5 minutes with a doctor.

Dr. Salem is my family doctor, he is knowledgeable, updated, engaging his patients with the management plan. When you see him, you know you’re not just a number for him. Dr. Salem is a patient-centred doctor.

Horrible clinic. Dr. gumed is the only redeeming quality on this clinic. Run very poorly. Front desk is just as unwelcoming. Book two hrs for these appointment because you will be waiting long.

Waiting time is long, but I can wait longuer to see Dr.Gumed. She's knowledgeable and so friendly. Every time, she spends time with me to give me the right treatment. I highly recommend her.

The doctors are great they always get me or my children in on short notice. It’s never a long wait. The girls at the front are very sweet. They always greet u with a smile.
