Not the easiest place to find. Small selection of apparel that naturally was overpriced. The staff was not helpful and seemed not only bothered by our presence but fearful we were going to steal or break something. Which was strange to experience as two professional adults.

The staff is polite and there is plenty of Northwestern merchandise to choose from. Nevertheless, they usually don't have the used textbooks that you see online and it might be cheaper to just get them trough Amazon.

A large selection of NU gear and the price was right. There is no external street signage so you will need to go in on Huron Street then to the right inside the building. Staff was nice.
