My experience today with the front attendant Jane was strange. I normally go to the galleria location because it is closer to my home and place of work but I happened to be in the Memorial area so I figured I’d try this location. As soon as I walked in, Jane greeted me with a disgruntled hello and quickly came around the counter to meet me looking at the different cake choices. She stood over me and said nothing until I asked her what flavors they were sampling for the day. I told her which cakes I wanted and she bagged them up. At the same time a white man and woman walked into the store & I noticed her demeanor change. She greeted them vibrantly and from BEHIND the counter, told them what flavors she was sampling without hesitation. It was at that point that I felt uncomfortable. I quickly grabbed my cakes and left the store... I don’t know if it was because I was dressed casually, or because I was African American that my service differed from the other patrons but I will not be returning to this location again.

Worst customer service ever! I've purchased a dozen of Bundtlettini for my kid's birthday. As soon as I got home, opened the box and lift one cupcake and found a sugar ant inside of the box. So I threw them away. I called the shop manager to let them know what happened and recommend better management their food. Instead of apology, she said they are doing weekly pest control so she doesn't have any idea. And then pause. Her answer and the way she treat customer is not that I've expected. Even you are doing weekly pest control, it doesn't mean there's no ant at all. She recommend me to bring them over for replacement at the end. But it's not easy for full-time working mom. I will rather buy cupcakes from closed HEB than spend my time and gas to bring them over, replace them, and bring it to kid's day care.

My wife and I stopped by because it was her birthday. They had a good selection of cakes for a reasonable price. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful. Since this was our first time, I cannot speak for other people who may have had a bad experience at this location. Retail staff are still people and some have a bad day now and then. No one is perfect all the time and nothing ever goes as planned. However, any good business will try to satisfy their customers, up to a point, without sacrificing themselves. But, if not, don't go back. Save yourself time and money by investing in another place that care about you. That's all I've got to say about that.

First of all I would like to say this, I normally order from this particular location and there has never been a problem BUT this one day on my sons 13th birthday the cake was not up to their standards. I called around 1:00 pm to order my sons cake, told them everything I wanted on the cake. My husband picked up the cake brought it home inside the birthday card they typed 1th instead of 13. When we cut into the cake after 4 slices the cake collapsed, it was like there wasn't an ingredient in the cake that made it do that who knows. The taste was good but the presentation of the cake after you cut into it was.

The BEST customer service at this location! Jacobi was very professional, courteous and helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable of the products and did an excellent job helping me decide which flavors to choose. Even after I changed my mind about choices of flavors, she was very willing to change my order to make sure I was satisfied! She was also training a new employee and was very patient with her while she trained with tact and patience. My order was ready when promised and of course the product was delicious! I will return! Keep up the good work Jacobi and staff! WAY TO GO WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Attempt to call the number on the door to place a simple order for 1 bundt cake as the instructions on the door say, however there's not an option on the automated system to speak to someone at the store!!! The associate inside could see me standing there attempting to call, she could've simple come to the door and took my order! I understand we're in the midst of a pandemic but your method of serving your customers is not working! I'm highly disappointed and will probably never return. Considering businesses are closing exponentially right now you guys need to do better.

Just discovered this new location yesterday! I called to make a last minute order for 4 dozen bundtinis (chocolate on chocolate, white chocolate raspberry, lemon, and red velvet) for the same day for an event as the original baker I ordered from had an emergency. I needed something cute and perfect for a dessert table. The lady on the phone was very friendly in taking my order. She had them ready for me within 2 hours! As always tasted great and most importantly my client loved them! My personal favorite is the chocolate on chocolate.

Amazing cakes! Bundtinis (mini bundt cup cakes) and the larger bundt cakes are incredible. Many options of flavors, but keep in mind to call ahead if you want a specific flavor, they can take about 20 minutes to be ready if they are not available. They have great decoration options as well. Friendly customer service with a smile, and very helpful. Great for all occasions or without an occasion when you just want a good cake! My favorite: Confetti, it's amazing!

Edit: The corporate office agreed to refund my order. Wonderful customer service from corporate! If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 24 bunditinis for my daughter’s 13th birthday. When I opened the box, many were knocked over with the icing falling off and 2 were not even iced! When I spoke to the bakery owner, she saw the pictures and would not give a refund. She then proceeded to hang up on me. Horrible product and customer service.

Called to ask if I placed an order online if I can just come pick it up. Wa told on the phone yes, no problem, even made sure by asking "the cakes are already made? Correct? They are going to make it when I order, correct? Little girl on the phone said yes jo problem. Show up.... it's a problem, then LIES TO ME and says it wasn't her I spoke with. THEN WHO ELSE IS THERE!? I don't mind waiting, but I do not appreciate being lied to 2 times.

The cupcakes. Are. Delicious. If you are looking for something to bring to your next bday party or potluck, this is the place to go. A dozen bundtinis are pretty reasonably priced. The cupcakes are moist and icing is well done, not overly sweet. They have samples too there if you don't know what to pick. Personal favs: marble and red velvet. They are a little expensive but not anymore than any other boutique dessert shop.

My sister and went to buy two cakes today . Total was $95. We went to pay with a 100 dollar bill. We were told she would not take the 100 bill. Ridiculous. We literally had to leave to a corner store down the street and get change. By the way the corner store made change for us. I know because were Hispanic women, we got treated unfairly. We only went back to gets two cakes due to her birthday request.

Worse experience ever! I called to place an order for delivery for my niece’s birthday and got the worse service ever! The lady was extremely rude and condescending so much I canceled the order. I understand things have changed due to the current situation, however kindness is needed more than ever! I wanted to support our local business. I don’t recommend this place at all!

The cakes are always fresh and delicious but the communication there is horrible. They've gotten my order wrong 3 times when I went to pick up. The manager Jacoby doesn't seem to care either. They take there payment when you order so they can just give you whatever when you go in to pick up. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Really nice ladies working at this location. They helped me set up for a small birthday celebration. I do think they should (the company, I mean) find a better way to pack multiple cakes to go. The little ones don't stack well. Mine feel over and messed up the icing on a couple of my cakes. Other than that. I had s great experience.

OMG words are not enough I am speechless how am I supposed to stay on my New Year’s resolution of Eliminating sweets when nothing Bundt cakes on memorial exist so good so pretty the young ladies tonight was so nice so sweet so professional the shop is so quaint I will certainly return thank you guys beautiful beautiful job

These are my husbands fav cakes for bdays! I was glad to pop in quick sharp and grab them up right before Thanksgiving! They were really busy but were very well stocked and also had a good selection of candles and sparklers so I didn’t have to make another stop! Also, helpful and friendly staff!

Every time I’ve ordered in advance the cake is ready, on time, over the top beautiful, & the product is consistently delicious! The staff is soooo sweet, helpful, & really does an amazing job. You can tell the manager there takes pride in their job & that carries through the staff.

What beautiful, delicious bundt cakes. They are rich, MOIST, and not too sweet...just *drool* worthy. Red velvet usually isn't something I go for, but this baked good had me ready to join the red velvet lovers club. If you are looking for decadence, stop here and look no further.

Awesome place. The manager made my issue right. Great service and moist and delicious cakes I've been to other locations and their cakes are not cooked all the way but this place values the customers and they give the best. My family always looks forward to their cakes.

I am a Resident at Hue on Greenhouse, my best friend got me a mini Bundt cake from here for Valentine’s Day and it was AMAZING! The flavor was Red Velvet and let me tell you I was soo blown away that I will be ordering very soon for my baby shower!

The cakes are great and the people friendly. The City of Houston has made shopping at the intersection of Memorial Drive and Dairy Ashford painful. It took me 20 minutes to get from the northeast corner shops to the southeast corner shops.

Great people and great customer service. Especially Kayla she is an all-star. Keep up with the great work. I will be returning very soon repeatedly and highly recommend your product!

Highly recommended from a close friend and when I say DELICIOUS.... moist , tasty, and not too sweet! It was a party to the palette! I was looking for sunflowers and when I walked in I was in heaven because sunflowers were everywhere!

Delicious desserts, there’s nothing better than these Bundt cakes. The interior is also very interesting and fits the theme of the place nicely. Everything is clean as a whistle. The employees have been nice all the times i’ve gone.

Amanda ..She was very helpful and friendly. Employees like her always an assets to any organization. Nice clean place with their speciality items and cakes with other choices too. Ample parking area and easy accessible.

I love the taste of their cakes. I don't like they do not have their own delivery drivers. They use a 3rd party delivery service that is not always on time. You will do better picking up your order yourself.

Bundt cakes are always great here. However, I placed an order online 2 weeks ago and it wasn’t ready for me when I came to pick up. I had to wait which pretty much defeated the purpose of ordering online.

Sweet tooth castle! This is hands down my first stop when I have a sweet tooth. I LOVE there cakes. so soft and chewy and they always have there latest flavor to sample. there cakes are fresh everytime.

This place is everything when it comes to cakes! I placed an order at 9am and was able to schedule a pickup the same day.

Tried one (red velvet) for my birthday and it was great! So soft and moist with just the right amount of sweetness.

Terrible customer service from this location and I will not be placing future orders. Do better!

These cakes are absolutely amazing and mouth watering. Love coming here! Nothing beats these!
