I have visited a lot of libraries both large and small. So maybe I am biased but Notting Hill is easy to fall in love with. Renowned for its Carnival; music and artistic dance displays and its quintessentially metropolitan Street Market

This library doesn't have a bathroom, therefore not a good spot for studying unless you want to walk to Notting Hill Gate every hour. Very disappointing as a lovely, quiet library.

It"s too small, and have one room with a few armchairs and another room with ONE 1 table! Also the opening time makes you wonder why is that still open.
