Jason and his team decorated two of our bedrooms, our hallway across three floors, our front door and our new staircase (inc. staining the handrail & painting the spindles etc). We were really impressed with Jason's professionalism and knowledge from the off. He provided a clear quote, which broke out the various elements of the project and showed a real understanding and appreciation for our vision. Whilst onsite, the team worked diligently and were a pleasure to have around. They made sure to protect all of our surfaces and were conscious of keeping the place as neat & as tidy as was possible. Jason appears to be a very dedicated and professional person. He came to see us to discuss our requirements at short notice and we were very keen to have our decorating completed before Christmas. Even though he was busy with other work, he made time for us by coming on a Saturday morning and finished the job in less than 4 hours. It was one wall that needed papering, the pattern was matched perfectly and the end result was beautiful. He cleaned and tidied the room afterwards to a very high standard and his time keeping was exemplary. He was also friendly and the sort of person you could trust in your home. Jason and his team has changed our communal hallway basically into another room. That beautiful it is! They had to deal with 26 year old badly done job, and they came up with great ideas and executed the job fabulously! On top of that, they were always on time, always cleaned after themselves and were very considerate towards everybody in the house who had to work from home. All that while finishing to the deadline which was set at the very beginning. This has been a second job Jason has done for us (after decorating our whole flat) and we have already commissioned him also for the outside facade of the whole house, as it now looks like we can't survive without his amazing touch :-).

We recently used Novitas Decorators to internally redecorate our whole house (a large 5 bedroom) -just to say a big thank you for a superb job and would highly recommend them. As the house is occupied we were concerned about the disruption from the work especially from any dust and moving the furniture around. Jason and his team planned the job well and took extreme care in looking after the furniture along with the cleaning and tidying up. The whole team arrived punctually every day and completed the work ahead of schedule. I had managed to send my wife away while this was going on, she was absolutely delighted with the job when she returned. So that passed the “boss” test!!

Jason undertook external masonry painting for us in July 22 for the entire outside of our house. Jason and team did an excellent job in the prep, repair and painting and we are very happy with the result. Several times they went over and above for example helping to fix a gutter. Additionally our front door and surround was painted and repaired and again very happy with the results. Very professional and thorough throughout, worked through the heat and finished in good time. Great communications throughout the work and before and arranged all the scaffolding etc. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Jason and his team, Garry and Barry just finished painting all external woodwork and metal railings on my three storey Victorian house. They spent many hours preparing the wood for painting, filling, repairing and sanding. Some of the timber that was rotting was replaced and or filled in. Jason dealt with any issues that arose very quickly. And importantly the job was finished on time. The standard of workmanship was very high. Jason has painted my one bed flat and was great at planning the work to minimise disruption. He offered good solutions for hiding my internet cabling, was super polite and was always punctual. He always kept his equipment organised and tried his best to minimise disruption. He had to put up with several disturbances like gas engineers, curtain fitters etc whilst he was working in the flat (he even helped me sort out a leak in my spare toilet!). Jason is a great person to have around, I felt I could totally trust him with keys etc. Thank you!

Novitas redecorated our main bedroom. Our sash windows have seen better days but now look like new. They also did an amazing job hanging the wallpaper which had some very tricky areas to cover. They also spray painted our old radiators which we hadn't thought of doing and has made a huge difference. They were a delight to have in the house and even turned up during the rail and bus strikes - adding an hour to their journey each way. We're delighted with the results and are already planning on using them to decorate our sitting room.

Absolutely beautiful job of putting up a mural of a pink and white cloudy sky scape wall paper. The design is really detailed so must have been extremely difficult to hang but the finished result is absolutely flawless. Meticulous work. Not only is the work standard of the highest quality, Jason was also kind enough to fit the job in at the last minute, a week before Christmas, to enable it to be a wonderful Christmas surprise for my four year old daughter. Her face was an absolute delight, I cannot thank Jason enough.

Jason painted our new summerhouse - exterior and interior. Throughout the process, he was one of the most professional tradespeople I've come across. Jason has done it again! He decorated a through lounge/diner for us after it had been newly plastered, and we couldn't be happier! Half papered, half painted - walls, ceiling, doors and all woodwork. He even fixed a chimney breast where our plasterers hadn't done a smooth flat job and the fireplace didn't fit properly. We've used Novitas for about 5 years now and wouldn't use anyone else. Novitas has just completed 3 weeks work in our property redecorating 4 rooms. They arrived promptly every day and worked through. They were mindful of the noise and kept it to a minimum. Perhaps more importantly they kept control of the dust and made it a point to clear up comprehensively each evening. Jason’s team did an excellent job, including decorating the front of our building & shopfront and the entire interior redecoration of a three bed flat. They went the extra mile to provide an excellent level of finish, organised the scaffolding and agreed anything that cropped up with us first. The guys were friendly and great to work with. We've just had our hallway redecorated by Novitas including all of the stair woodwork, doors and architraves. The architraves weren't in the best shape to start, but Gary put in a lot of time and effort, and we are very happy with the end result. He was always very punctual, courteous and took the time to clean up at the end of each day. Communication was always good, and great attention to detail - we'd be happy to use them again.

The house that I had purchased Summer 2018 required modernisation throughout starting with the removal of a large brick wall feature in the lounge. Jason removed this and the skirting safely and inside the first 2 days. There was a great deal of preparation work that was executed very well and the paint work, new skirting and coving looks fantastic throughout. The house looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. I couldn’t recommend Jason highly enough. His work is extremely good: we had rewired just before he arrived and he patched everything perfectly. He stripped, sanded, papered and painted our flat and painted all the woodwork. His attention to detail is impressive, notably on the bannister and spindles. He is very reliable, tidy and trustworthy. He keeps you up to speed with progress and importantly is honest with pricing!

The job was substantial with cabinetry, ceilings, walls, traditional feature all in varying colours. The prep work was exceptional with real time dedicated to ensuring as high quality a finish as possible. We were properly consulted on the paints types, benefits of each colour matches etc and the result was an exceptionally finished living, kitchen, dining area.
