I visited Nova shop today, the shop Assisstant was totally busy playing with her phone and oblivious of costumers in the shop. I had to approach her and even after bringing the shoes I asked to try still kept on playing with her phone. Good luck to the owner of the shop with these workers !!!!!

The girls in this store were lovely. A girl named Selena in particular (or perhaps her name was Serena, unfortunately I have poor hearing so the names sound the same to me) was extremely helpful. She helped me pick the perfect pair of shoes to wear to a 21st!
