The store manager and head office didn't honour a sale advertised online. Or mention I could get 25% by buying online. Paid $90 for boots and received an email that day saying I can buy online to get 25% off. Despite asking if the boots were on sale before I purchased them! Terrible customer service! Not to mention I emailed your customer care with no resolution offered. Then with no reply to my last email. Your standard reply, means absolutely nothing since I emailed your HEAD OFFICE. ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️

shop assistants to busy talking about their dating life to serve...when we asked to try on shoe they went and assisted. we bought shoes. got home to find that they had put two different shoes in box. returned to shop. no apologies On receiving matching shoes. told would give to me at same price. when asked price differences the shoes that we wanted $10 cheaper. Was refunded differences. no customer service. experience was 11th October

i visited the store on SUNDAY 16/7/23 and a lovely young lady i believe her name was Shakira, tall, tanned, long hair. she helped me get a pair of heals for my daughters wedding they are stunning and i cant wait to show them off. in my professional opinion she deserves Employee of the Year

Only one person serving so no one to help you. Assistant went to put in the shop soiled dirty try on shoe without asking if I wanted it. When I queried her she said it was the last one (with a take it or leave it attitude). Full price shoes with bargain basement service.

Shop assistant at Novo Uni Hill is so rude. She asked me not to touch shoes saying the head office is coming for a visit. How is it possible to try on shoes without touching them. Even though I wanted to buy a pair, I left the shop because of her rude behavior.

Shop assistant she was busy talking to her friends rather than serving customers show’s no interest doing her job. I wonder if people dnt want to do their job or not happy please change your job. Very bad customer service

Nadia was super helpful! Ended up buying my wedding shoes from here. She listened to what I wanted and needed for the day and got me exactly what I wanted. Some extras too! :D

The girl working today couldn’t be bothered helping us and looked as if she didn’t want to be there. Disappointing customer service.
