It really has been a 5 star experience!! I am not sure I agree with the descriptive words above that I "Loved it" - how can I love having someone poke with needles, scrape, grind and drill in my mouth ??? But I am happy to say that this has been the best dental experience of my life! And I have lived quite a long time :-). I never believed that dental work could be painless -- but this was, every part of it , including the needles. Quite amazing! In addition, the quality of the dental work has been outstanding, and the staff (Dr David himself, the assistants, and including the administrative staff) are each and all amazing. Special mention to Alice in admin for her skilled financial analyses of insurances, and for her understanding empathy and skilled ways she deals with all the matters of money. Al my life I have feared dentists and usually avoided them until the problems became so much worse. Now I can even look forward to the next steps in my treatment program - with no fear, only gratitude!

I'm the guy who dreads the question, " when was the last time you've been to the dentist?" It's usually been an unhealthy time between visits. I was referred to Nuera and they were tremendous right from the get go. I spoke with Alice who helped me make an appointment and squeeze me in for a cleaning as well. Christy and Elijah, are always ready to help and have done many times with my appointments. Stefana, was so kind and helpful during my cleaning. Explaining to me where my brushing needs work and how best to proceed with my dental hygiene. Kerri and Kelcey were very friendly and always ready to adjust something here and there to make sure I'm as comfortable as possible. Dr Chin, took his time to explain the issues he saw and his action plan to have things fixed. Open to questions and eager to educate as well. All in all, I feel lucky to have stumbled upon Nuera Dental.

The dental hygienist, Danie is the most experienced and knowledgeable dental hygienist I have ever met. She found that I still had the glue from the brace I had 6-7 years ago on my front teeth. Yes! You read that right. None of dentists or hygienists I have had did not catch or bother getting rid of them since the time I got the brace removed. However, Danie took a close look at those areas and kindly removed them and when I touched front teeth with my tongue, I could definitely tell the smoothness after she removed the glue. Danie also advised me in so much in detail, especially about how to properly clean my curly permanent retainer at the back of my teeth using floss threaders. I learned that it is really important to meet a competent hygienist from this visit. 1000% recommend Danie!!!!!!

The prices they charge exceed the eligible amount provided by insurance companies. That means you have to folk over the difference out of your own pocket. I had given them all my forms and benefit information in advance. So I was shocked when I was charged so much when my benefits supposedly covered 70% of the expense. That being said, their service was superior. Building was nice and I didn't have to wait for an extended period of time in a large wait room. That in itself was worth something. Final thought, I think these companies should have to disclose their charges if they fall above the Alberta Dental Association fee guide. Insurance company providers don't make this information clear and neither do the dentist companies.

I’ve been going to Nuera for about 6 years now and have always had excellent experiences. Christy and the other staff at the front desk have always been welcoming and genuinely happy to see you. Whenever I’ve had questions about some of the work or insurance issues they’ve always been very helpful. It’s unfortunate to see Dr.Chin retire but I’m very happy with how Dr. Agrawal has handled my last few visits. I definitely feel like she’s gone above and beyond for me and I’d be more than willing to recommend anyone to go see her. Let’s also not forget about the dental assistants and hygienists, they’re really the front line of this clinic and I’ve nothing but good things to say on the work they’ve provided for me.

At my most recent Nuera visit I had a full set of x-rays, an impression done using the best technology producing an amazing 3-D impression done by Geena, a very talented team member and the most comprehensive meeting with Dr. A...an extremely personable, and wonderfully intelligent and innovative dentist with some super ideas for my dental care on a go-forward basis. I am very glad I have started this patient/doctor relationship and look forward to the future here. Thank you to Dr. A and all the staff that make me feel welcome and comfortable.

If you don't have your dental done by the name of "Dr. CHIN", you are truly missing out for his exceptional competency set of skills, second to none for his amazing caring personality! I am truly blessed to have one of the "BEST" dentist in town in Calgary. Without his amazing services to my teeth, I would not be able to tell my side of the story how grateful I am that he truly have revived my teeth and give them life again. Absolutely, hands down the best dentist I've ever been to!! My child agrees as well, he used to get nervous before going and they make him so comfortable he has no issues going to any appointment here. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate my family’s needs. If you are looking for a dentist where every employee you encounter there truly makes you feel like they care about you and your needs not leaving you feel like you are just another patient; these are the guys to call! Had an amazing experience at Nuera Dental Center. From the first step into the clinic, you know you will be well taken care off. The hygiene level is par excellence. Excellent experience. All that work at Nuera deserve praise. I cant just name particular individuals. Everyone is to be commended. I personally have been going to this dentist since 1976. Yes 1976. Dr. Don Wallace, Dr. David Chin and now Dr.A. A testament of two retiring doctors and now Dr.A. Passed down to another great team. I feel like I still go to "Same" dentist. 5 stars is not enough. Great experience !! Definitely recommend this place. The staff were very professional and also very accommodating when I had to reschedule an appointment. Dr. A went through the x rays at my first appointment in detail and gave me some options on things that needed to be managed. My hygiene appointment was also very thorough. All in all very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be going back.

Although going to the dentist is not my favourite activity, I know I'm VERY fortunate to have Dr David Chin as my dentist. He is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and respectful, taking time to explain procedures and options. His staff are kind, respectful, and organized. One of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Dr. Chin is very professional and he takes the time to help you understand your teeth, going through x-rays thoroughly and explaining his thoughts along the way. The hygiene staff are delightful and ensure you are comfortable throughout the cleaning. Bonus - the dental chairs have a built in massage system so you even get a little rub when you're there.

Very friendly upon arriving, put through my insurance before my appointment so I knew how much I would be paying. My hygienist was very friendly, we had a good chat and she explained everything she was doing. It's very clean and organized, the chairs massage you while you sit in them which is very cool! I was nervous before going in there but as soon as I arrived I felt comfortable

She is excellent, very thorough and friendly, and is interested in how I am doing overall. Very relaxing experience. Our family has a long 30 year history with this company under the ownership of 3 different dentists. The previous owner of Nuera was Dr Chin and he was great. Under the new ownership of Dr Agrawal it is even better. Very professional and sensitive to my every need. A great team of people who take pride in their work.

Started having tooth pain on Wednesday, had an appointment booked by Thursday for the Saturday. Was a new patient so they had to do a full x-ray. Appointment was at 11, had the xray and tooth pulled and was out out there by 11:25. By far the best and fastest appointment I've ever had. Highly recommended DR A!!

I moved recently and was in need of a new dentist. I went with my closest option that had good reviews. I've been so impressed with Nuera dental! They've been very friendly and professional. They always make sure they explain everything and keep you comfortable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I love the lady that cleans my teeth but she told me that I have a cavity and her notes someone had called me to let me know and booked an appointment but that never happened. The last 2 times I have been in there has been no dentist in the office so no one can look at my teeth they are just using x-rays

The staff here are all so nice. Make you feel very welcome. I loved that Dr. Agrawal is so gentle. I really like that they register your plate number so you don't have to pay for parking! They also submit to your insurance right away and follow the fee guide! Big plus in my books! 5 Stars all around!
