Every visit here is exceptionally exciting for my celiac mother. The man behind the counter today helped her pick out a whole box of different varieties of pastries and breads. We will be changing our annual visit to Nuflours to a quarterly visit. Thank you for providing such a safe, exciting environment and selection for GF folks! More
I was visiting Seattle from out of town and stopped by this bakery. It was a 10/10 experience! I had the zucchini cardamom muffin (picture) and the lemon square. Both were absolutely delicious!! Definitely one of the best muffins I have ever had. I couldn’t believe it was gluten free!
This place is hit and miss. The first time I bought something there it was terrible. The second time, all three things I bought were a delight. I went again this week and got the worst lemon bar ever for $5.25 I think it was. Not going to risk it again, methinks. More
Dedicated GF bakery in a very inclusive and welcoming neighborhood. We enjoyed everything that we tried. Warm cinnamon rolls just out of the oven a must! Their cakes have a perfect texture and are tall- not rubbery or gummy in the slightest. Highly recommend!
This was my first visit to a 100% gf bakery and I WAS NOT disappointed. The staff was super friendly and the pastries were delicious. I hung out and worked for a couple of hours. Needless to say I purchased a few more pastries to pack in my suitcase.
Great gluten free bakery. It was a bummer they were all out of 6” cakes when we visited, but they were able to throw one together for us in 10 min which was amazing!!! if i lived in cap hill i would for sure visit this place all the time. I
I really wanted to like this place, but it didn’t meet my expectation. Bought two donuts and paid $9.90 (they were pretty small too), but they were basically generic, overly sweet cake baked in a donut mold. For the price I paid, it wasn’t
Amaazzziiing gluten free donuts. Still dreaming about them. Def don’t skip out on this one. I tried several of the gluten free bakeries while visiting Seattle and this was hands down the best one imo. I grabbed two different donuts and one
Customer service is hit or miss. The flax bread is good and so are the frozen burger buns. They do baking well, however, their maintenance is questionable. I’ve purchased stale items before on more than one occasion (cake cups, donuts), so
Celiacs' paradise. How could one not enjoy indulging in all the things that are usually taken away from us! It's a truly great spot to find and they're on DoorDash to boot. Can anyone say GF quiche for breakfast and GF yummy doughnuts for
I didn't get the food that I ordered so I can't really judge it on that. Ultimately, there was just a lot of confusion in my order. As far as I understand, they were trying out a new online ordering method, and I did not understand it. I
It was hard to choose from the long list of options! Gf Rum Tiramisu, carrot cake, cupcakes, Raspberry 'Danish'.... Ultimately I decided on zucchini cardamom muffin and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm
Fantastic bakery with room to settle down and work (including WiFi). The various niche goods are a must try if you’re looking for a new baked goods experience. Highly recommend for someone wanting to venture to a new location in Capitol
When I was in Seattle I tried the cinnamon rolls and brought them back for my family and they were amazing, especially for being gluten free. I recently ordered again and had them shipped across the US and they were not very good. Maybe
This is my favorite GLUTEN FREE bakeries. I emphasize, because I think some of the reviewers who left negative reviews had unreasonable expectations. I do not remember what baked goods with gluten taste like anymore, so I can offer no
I ordered this gluten-free allergy free gingerbread house from the manufacturer because Amazon reviews said the product came broken. The product came broken and it did not adhere well and was difficult to use. Family members thought I
I might have to visit again, maybe I visited on an off day. I was looking forward to the cinnamon roll for days only to be disappointed with the thick tough dough and skimpy frosting. I read the reviews that it was the best...I can't
$4.25 for a drip iced coffee (think hotel pump dispenser) and still asking for 20% tip. Are you kidding me? It’s decent gluten free stuff but the prices are outrageous when compared to other gluten free options in the area. More
wow! yum! I just finished the gluten free mushroom gouda quiche and I'll post more once I try the dairy free lemon glazed gluten free donut the gluten-free salted caramel brownie, and the gluten free garlic parmesan bread! More
Great tasting bread and pastries. In this place you can have a tasty toast with butter and jam and a good cup of coffee. They have a selection of 3 to 4 gluten free or vegan varieties of bread that they sell by the loaves.
Yummy treats, my wife loves gluten-free while I tolerate it. I can say that their gluten-free options tasted fantastic! Wonderful variety of items. Cinnamon roll & Sweet Potato Rum Coffee Cake we fantastic.
Everything we tried was super super delicious… stuff not too warm, but it’s always raining in Seattle so maybe that was the reason! We will check on their shipping options! Best GF we ever tried More
They have displays of cakes they don't have. Needed to buy a cake and made selections and was told they don't have the vanilla lemon lavender. I asked to have the display cake, they said no.
I came here to check out their gluten-free bakery items for my daughter she ended up getting a cinnamon roll great quality they even warmed it up for her. More
Nuflour was a super good and adorable bakery! It being gluten free was a cherry on top. I had a cinnamon roll, it was a little dry, but it was very delicious!
Incredible gluten free bakery with some great vegan options. Loved the vegan raspberry jam tart, excited to come back and try their other treats!
Just stopped by to get some baked goods before heading down the road. Good stuff! Vegan, dairy free options. Very nice and helpful staff. More
I tried a zucchini cardamom muffin and it was the best gluten free muffin I’ve ever had! Delicious! Would highly recommend! More
Great bakery for gluten-free treats with super cute decor. The staff was very helpful, and the snacks were delicious.
So much joy in so few bites. I will be coming back for more gluten free sweets!
