I usually use Turbo Tax to do my taxes, but after starting a business, I thought it best to use a tax professional instead. A friend recommended Ricardo Sanchez of NY Regional Accounting and after speaking to him a few times on the phone, I felt confident that he would do a good job. I drove from Brooklyn and met with Rick to work through the preliminaries and emailed him the additional paperwork as he requested. He texted me and said that he submitted my tax returns via e-file. Being new to this process, I waited the 6 weeks for my refund. I decided to check the IRS website only to learn that my taxes weren't filed. As this was a Friday evening, I sent Rick an email and called the office several time Saturday. Google says they are open on Saturday but that is incorrect. Monday morning Rick responded to my email and said he would review my files and get back to me. This is where everything went south! I'm still waiting for him to get back to me... I called the office several times and spoke to the person that answers the phone. I explained the situation and he assured me Rick would call me when he was available. Either later that day or the following day, I called and was told by the person that answers the phone that my taxes were finally filed. It seems that while Rick told me that he filed my taxed, he actually DIDN'T!!! While I would still be upset, l would've understood if he called me back and said that he got distracted during the height of tax season and forgot to hit send. That would've been the professional and appropriate thing to do. He might've retained me as a client. At this point not only am I disappointed and will not return to this business, he might have lost two other existing clients. We are all human and make mistakes. Often times it's not the mistake that was made, but they way you handle it that makes the difference. I'll take my chances and go back to Turbo Tax. At least when I hit send, I'll know my taxes have been filed! Do Better!!!!

Kamal and Darryl, they are very knowledgable? They are very patient. They fixed years of tax problems. I'm so grateful to them. Kamal is my accountant, what I like about him personally is that he has an answer to all of my questions and is up to date on all tax laws.

They are the worst accounting you will deal with ever they never answer their phone whenever you need them and they never work out with you whenever you need them if you are a business don’t ever go there unprofessional unprofessional unprofessional

Horrible Experience. Kamal is an absolute pain to work with. Unresponsive & unprofessional. Zero customer service skills.
