The secretary is absolutely horrendous. She is rude and abrupt. She has no customer etiquette at all. Would definitely recommend everyone finds an alternative GP just to avoid this woman. She talks terribly about clients in front of everyone and doesn't even have the slightest remorse when she's called out on it. Lord help if you are ill and need assistance.
