We contacted a number of ‘detailers’ before settling on O’Connor for an internal clean only. On the phone he provided straightforward no nonsense professional advice, and that won the deal. When we dropped off the car he was very welcoming, had time to talk through the process and share advice on how to ‘clean’ to car at home. The car was ‘in a mess’ when we dropped it off, and he was honest about his expectations of restoring the Alcantara fabric , but the finished product was very satisfactory. Wasnt the outcome i was expecting to be honest and was referred by my good friend. Thats what happens when business owner dont have his personal touch in his business and let the boys under you take controlle and leave the work unfinished.
