For all of the Facilities Dept. $$$ the 'broke' City of Chicago spends on the REST of their airport (including a new TNP lot for Mayor's brother's major Über investment!), & "Storm Shelter"s for (WHOM???) HERE, this ENTIRE Paddock DESPERATELY needs some SIGNIFICANT Infrastructure Improvements, To Wit: •Regrade, Smoothe, Level & Resurface Pavement, •Improved Drainage; •Eliminate the Exercise in Futility of trying to speak louder than the incoming & outgoing JET AIRCRAFT, & REPLACE the ANTIQUATED AUDIO P.A. with VISUAL MESSAGE SIGNAGE (Including an ARRIVALS BOARD like @ Cell Phone Lot), actual TRAFFIC SIGNALS to display STATUS for the Moving/On-Deck/Non-Moving Taxi lanes, + a corresponding numberboard (#s 1–19) in the Concession Stand

They need more amenities at the limo parking lots! At the Uber lot, they have food trucks. We would like food trucks. They also need wider parking spots. 95% of the vehicles there are SUVs and we are too close to each other. risking car doors being swung into other cars. I’m usually there either really late or early in the morning and the rodent problem there is outrageous! On the positive side, the city does keep the trash cans emptied, and all the waste in the parking lots cleaned up. The portable bathrooms are always clean too! But some vending machines or access to food trucks would be awesome!

This place gets wild at night. Very limited staff and the stamp scanners often don't work so it gets crowded with angry drivers trying to get to their angry customers. I hope there will be more staff working here in the near future, 1 person is just not enough, the poor person runs back and fourth between 4 stamp booths

I own a taxi and limo company, Emmy guys park here all the time while waiting for customers to be ready at the terminals. The place is a good place to take a break, is safe, there are bathrooms and garbage cans around, is gated and only authorized cars can go in.

Only for commercialy licensed taxis and limo. If you enter by mistake turn around immediately thete is no other exit. Amenites for drivers had improved marginally over the years.

They moved the limo lot. No signs. I ask someone to show me and i got lip from him. No signs or anything saying where to go. No communication what so ever. Not even on the app.

247 for Limousine parking..... and PT ( party bus ) parking...... next to a 247 / 711 gas station ⛽️ and there is porter pottys on-site in parking lot

Needs to be updated. Needs to have more traffic signals, to drivers know when flights are coming in, along with wait times on a board

That's the old staging area at Chicago O'Hare Airport that's where the drivers wait for the clients to call them the pick him up.

Filthy limo staging area, spending all this taxes and nothing is getting done!! Needs a new lot pavement resurfacing!!

This is where the livery vehicles wait for the call from their passengers. Not much else to say.

The taxi drivers can be very reckless when entering the parking lot
