CARLOS WHO WORKS AT THIS LOCATION IS A THIEF! I PURCHASED AN A/C COMPRESSOR FOR MY CAR , HE WENT INTO THE SYSTEM AND RETURNED THE PART BACK TO HIMSELF CASH!! ITS SAD THAT PEOPLE DO THESE THINGS TO PEOPLE! I HAD THE HARDEST TIME RETURNING THE BROKEN COMPRESSOR BACK TO ANOTHER STORE DUE TO THE FACT CARLOS HAD ALREADY WENT INTO THE SYSTEM AND CHANGED EVERYTHING! ITS A GOOD THING I WENT BACK TO THE SOURCE! THERE IS NO WAY I WAS GOING TO LET O’ RIELYS A BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION KEEP MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND GET TURNED AWAY WITH A BROKEN PART I HAD NO USE FOR!!! HOWEVER I DID SPEAK WITH BOTH ASSISTANT AND STORE MANAGER WHO WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND SOLVED MY PROBLEM. I ALSO CALLED CORPORATE TO REPORT CARLOS BECAUSE HE CONTINUED TO BE DISHONEST AS IF I HAD DID SOMETHING WRONG! NOT TO MENTION I HAD POSSESSION OF THE RECEIPT AND THE BROKEN COMPRESSOR THAT HE CLAIMS WAS RETURNED! HE SHOULD BE FIRED! HE’S RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! AND IF IT WHERE ANYBODY ELSE (BLACK) THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED IMMEDIATELY AND PROSECUTED!! I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE O’RIELYS AGAIN!

Just got to say that Carlos is very knowledgeable as well as very helpful.... If he can help you save a buck he will do that.... saved me a lot of dollars... Shout out to Orlando and the rest of the staff here for always being friendly and helpful in whatever way they can be if they don't know something they will find the answer.... hope the oreillys in California treats me half as decent as the staff in the this store.... Pretty sure the F150 would thank you too :-)

The employees are so friendly and professional. My telephone experience was the same way. I just visited the one on Chef Mentur Hywy. The service was exactly the same there too. I have a new family to service my auto needs.

Went in and bought 140$ worth of 30lb bags of shop spill cleanup granules. Asked the guy for some help getting them. He brought me a basket! No help at all! Very disappointing customer service for elderly disabled man!

Amazing guys here. Gotten alot of help here. The gentleman came out side and filled my freon for me . I really do appreciate him helping us getting the AC to work on a 91 degree weather.

Tony was great help mannerable and worked very hard to help me get what I needed and out the door.

Bought battery in Cali june 2020 and they honored my warranty recharged my battery and checked it

It's 7:43 p.m..and the closing time says 8:00p.m so why is the store close !!!
