Horrible customer service. Basically if your not there in person then your not being helped. I called and waited 20 mins on the phone for a simple question. I was explained by the lady on the phone that her customers in the store deserved her attention more than my phone call. I would never go there in person and they lost my business.

Their customer service is very poor I had them order all 4 brake pads for my Subaru and they ordered 4 pairs of the back brake pads thinking that would be ok.. I still need my front and back pads and they refuse saying they couldn't order the front and back pads..when in the beginning they said they were able to.
