Horrible customer service. Basically if your not there in person then your not being helped. I called and waited 20 mins on the phone for a simple question. I was explained by the lady on the phone that her customers in the store deserved her attention more than my phone call. I would never go there in person and they lost my business.

Employee unwilling to help me look through the bolts for one that will fit my car. He advised me to copper state bolts. I found it on my own in their store. I guess i thought he would walk me back there and help me find it. Customer service is just not what it used to be. People just do the minimum.
