Great location that services many businesses in the Loop and surrounding area. As a management consultant, I need suits and button downs dry cleaned weekly. They offer cheap pricing and I have always received my dry cleaning in a timely manner without any issues.

The woman who attempted to help me was extremely rude, picked apart my body and did not listen to what I said the issue was. She talked over me constantly and repeatedly called me “too big.” Take your money elsewhere. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Emailed them through yelp to see if they did canada goose parka and received reply in 15 minutes with a price range. Took it in on a Friday and got it back today Wednesday. Jacket looks great just like new with no fading. Definitely will be back.

This place is so accommodating and commits itself to quality service! I brought my clothes in and they weren’t satisfied with the job they had done so they dry cleaned my clothes again at no extra cost to make sure that everything was perfect.

Incredible service and an incredible price, dropped my pants there after work and got quick service (and was ready to be picked up at 10am the next morning!) Absolutely took all of the chore out of dry cleaning.

I needed alterations done to a few pairs of dress pants. They were very attentive to my preferences, and the workmanship was great - all pairs were perfectly tailored to specification.

I mean she’s alright but her stitching is really mediocre. Also her repair prices are not good.. Hemming is cheap though.
