Went into the shop today to buy my little sister some shoes & the lady i approached to ask for help was so rude!!! (She had blonde hair and looked in her late teens early twenties) She looked really unhappy and she was so unhelpful I asked her if she had a size 5 and her reply was "no" she didnt even bother to check! She watched my sister try the trainers on and was pulling really funny faces You could tell she blatently couldnt be bothered! She had a face like a slapped ass (parden the pun) I was so annoyed so i decided to go next and bought the trainers from schuh Instead & was served by a lovely young man! Think the staff in here need customer service training!

I went to white rose store yesterday the 09.03.22 after having appalling service from another shop across from them, and what can I say the 2 ladies in there were lovely unfortunately they did not have either size of the Nike Blazers that I wanted but they ordered them there and then at the store for me and they are on there way but the 2 ladies were both polite and engaged in a little banter and made me realise why I like the high street just ashame I didn't get there names. But a credit to the company they both are. Keep up the good service ladies

Sandals spilt after wearing once, it happens! Returned to exchange didn’t have my size, it happens. The assistant blamed the manufacturer when I said they represent the manufacturer, shrugged and fobbed me off to someone else for a refund. No apology for the inconvenience When I said about the inconvenience and the attitude of the assistant, the other person, I suspect a manger apologised and said after the refund. They could order my another pair. After I had the refund! Bit late. Loved the sandals but not the service.

I have purchased twice within a period of 2 weeks, I was served by the most professional and lovely Katie who bared with me trying on several pairs of trainers/sandals for over an hour and she was extremely helpful on making recommendations and nothing was any trouble. 2nd visit, again was served by Katie, who was extremely helpful and welcomed me with a beautiful smile, regardless of the amount of times I requested to try on different sandals. Amazing experience, would definitely return. Thank you Katie x

Me and my friend went to ask as he’d bought some shoes 6 weeks ago and they’d already been ruined. We walked in and 2 blonde girls were talking and carried on talking as we were clearly waiting for her. We asked her for help and she looked at us like we were stupid. Gave dirty looks saying she wouldn’t look at them as they’d been on his feet. After been looked at like it we were sh’t on the floor we walked off. Terrible customer service. Will not return. Felt like bullying.

Very rude blonde girl who was giving me dirty looks from the moment I walked into the store. I asked for a shoe in my size in which she was then huffing and puffing away and returned within a min and said nothing in my size but the shoe that was on the shelf was in the size that I asked for? Which didn’t make sense at all… if you don’t like working there, then just say no point being rude to customers and learn some basic manners.

Great service at white rose branch unlike the appalling service at meadowhall store. I had to return some faulty shoes and the staff were amazing. The girl in meadowhall was very rude and unhelpful and told me the boots were faulty due to wear and tear.these were £159.99 boots that were bought as a Christmas present. The manager in white rose was brilliant and gave me a refund as u couldn't find anything else I liked at this time.

Disgusting service. Refused to refund on a pair of boots for my disabled wife. As she can't visit the shop to try them on I expect to be able to get money back if they don't fit. Taking legal advice.

Terrible experience with the manager today. I can’t believe how rude she is. Avoid and travel into town to the other Leeds store.

Store manager lacks leadership or management skills, rude to customers and racist! Avoid like the plague!
