Don’t give them your service. If you don’t own a printer and don’t live near an Office store, it’s not worth using them. I say this because if you’re in this situation and you need to return anything, these guys won’t make it easy. I walked half an hour to return some items. The store said their system was down so they couldn’t accept my return but I could come back tomorrow. I asked if I could leave my items with them until the system was back up and running, they said no. This is pretty backwards and awkward for a 21st century retail company. I then looked to try and return the items using the Collect Plus service they use. Turns out Office haven’t forked out for the print in store element of this service. 2 hours later I got back to my home town and paid a printing store to print my label. The only good thing to come out of this dealing with Office was the realisation and appreciation of how good the returns services and customer services are for decent companies nowadays. Thanks Office.

Nice shoes, Terrible customer service. I ordered grey New Balance, they sent me blue denim New Balance, girls didn’t greet me at the store in Portabello Rd, as if I interrupted their day... handed me the shoes without eye contact, when i asked for a carry bag, it was like i was pulling teeth! Im SO SAD for this new generation! Is it that hard to SMILE when you are getting PAID to???!!! I took shoes to Westfield to get a refund... the girl looked so fed up... but it was very busy in there to be fair, so I understand the feeling of being overwhelmed in retail. But like i said, if you are paid to do something, just do it and do it with pride! ** editing this with an update** My “refund” for my shoes they gave me never came back into my account..... i had to chase it up with customer service after a week or so... From start to finish, a TERRIBLE customer journey! Giving it two stars instead of the three i gave originally...

The staff there is homophobic. When asking for an UGG shoe they had on display, they would not serve me because I am not a biological female. I told them I identify as a woman yet they were trying to tell me otherwise. This is such poor behaviour from office and their staff as I thought they were LGBTQ+ friendly. Also this is unacceptable behaviour not to serve someone just because they are not a biological female, they are a sneaker store, not God, why are they pick and choosing to only serve girls as if guys are not allowed to wear UGG’s and can’t make presents of them for their friends/family. Disgusting behaviour from the staff there for misgendering me and refusing sale to a customer. I definitely will not be coming back.

Disgraceful, 0/10 for customer service. No prices on the shelves and no one knew any of the prices, they had to check on the computer which took forever. Each employee seemed to pass me on to the next because they couldn't be bothered. The more authoritative figure who I assume may be the manager, was very grumpy and unhelpful. Office relies solely on location and stock, everything else is a shambles.

Awful customer service!! Arrived 20 whole minutes before closing and none of the staff would help. They all ignored me, one lady was arranging the shoes right in front of me, forcing me out of her way and another was cleaning around me! I was prepared to buy two pairs of shoes, both very expensive but I chose to walk out after being ignored! Guess I’ll go to Schuh instead

Great customer service. I visited the store last Saturday and it was incredibly busy but the lady from behind the till spotted me over the crowd when I was trying to get someone to serve me and she got someone inmediately to serve me . Feeling that I counted . Thank You Liz ( was the name in the receipt) . Also good value for price .

i don’t know what everyone else are on about but i had a good experience at this branch. it’s clear that they’re a bit understaffed but i didn’t experience any rudeness or arrogance and thought the staff are very nice. i think it would help to employ more workers though because they did seem to be struggling a little on that front

Very Rude staff !!!! Mocking clients and laughing right up at their faces !! Worst retail staff I have encountered . I have been completely put off by the attitude! With the pandemic going on there are thousands of very experienced, customer oriented staff to fill out such customer facing staff.

I went in to return a pair of shoes I bought a few days beforehand. The woman at the till (Liz is the name on the receipt) did not greet me, did not ask how she could help. The only two words she said during the whole transaction was “card” and “yes”. Funnily enough I don’t think I’ll be back.

I bought a pair of trainers from your Richmond store, it was a very pleasurable experience. The lady that served me, Liz on the receipt, was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, she even helped me choose.Thank you Liz, you’re a true asset. I’ll be back to buy more trainers soon! :-)

Manager has such a terrible attitude problem, I was shocked and appalled. She was so aggressive and rude, no customer service whatsoever. She is a Mediterranean looking woman in her 40s with shoulder length highlighted/lightened hair - AVOID!!

Loved the service i got in the store! I was served by a girl called Mayo first on the phone then instore the following day she went above and beyond her call of duty very friendly and helpful just bought some Tims which i love by they way!!!

Beware. Staff do not tell you they have a no refund policy on sale items, no sign, no verbal warning. Terrible customer service, staff told me they serve too many people to give a good service with verbal policy warning on sales items.

Very sour experience - Try on some shoes on sale, come back 30mn later and all of a sudden they were no more on sale. Who would treat customers so poorly - glad the company is doing well enough that you’d rather loose a sale.

They have a wide range of shoes but seem to only stock the average UK women’s sizes (4,5,6) and not size 8 or 9 which is annoying. Some of their shoes they don’t sell in a UK women’s size 9 at all.

Absolutely awful, would not recommend this store if I was paid to do so - purely because of the arrogant unpleasant staff that this company choose to employ there. Well done Office …

I would like to thank the boy who served me, great customer service from him, BUT the lady who was in the till with two other girls were chatting and very poor customer service from them

Very unprofessional !!! I asked them twice to help me, he looked at me and they simply ignored me. The fat blonde lady and the boy from the till while they were gossiping, very rude !!!

Nobody knows how to do their job or help customers. Waited 10 minutes to pay for my own shoes whilst they chatted away AT THE TILL. Sorry for bothering them with business.

The guy serving us was very nice however the manager was so rude and made us wait at the till for 15 minutes whilst tidying the store which clearly could have waited
