I have been a loyal customer of the Office brand for many years. You can find shoes of this brand on my shelf from many seasons. Unfortunately, recent events have meant that I will not visit their store anymore and I will definitely not visit the point on 47- 49 Oxford Street. Last Monday I bought two pairs of shoes. Unfortunately, in the store I did not notice that one of the sandals packed by the saleswoman in the box has a torn strap, which also havent been seen by the lady at the checkout. We're all just human, it was the end of the day so I was hurrying home. After returning from the store (30 minutes after buying shoes) I noticed a defect and because it was just before the store closing time I called to the store and informed the service. I received information that after showing the receipt I will be able to exchange the shoes. Very next day I visited Office on 47-49 Oxford St again. Ater presenting the receipt (handing it to the manager) I described the whole situation to the lady. It was suggested to me that it was not possible that her friend had not noticed such a defect and that it was the last pair of 39 (so I am not surprised why they could have a defect then). I was ordered to come back again the next day because there was no employee at the time who served me the first time. Unfortunately, the manager misplaced the receipt I showed up somewhere and was unable to return it to me. She ordered to wait over half an hour while she checked on CCTV what happened with the receipt. I felt like a scamer. Because I didn't have time to wait any minute longer I decided to come back the next day. After the third visit, the receipt was returned to me, but the staff still suggested that I destroyed the shoe within 30 minutes of purchase. What's the point the only time I was wearing these shoes was the store, and when I returned home I noticed a defect. What would be the point of destroying a shoe you just bought? Following store manager's suggestion, what quality are these shoes if they go bad right after first putting them on? I was sent home with a receipt and the same, broken shoe. OFFICE brand has one customer less.

Terrible service. I wanted to get a cork renew for Birkenstock and I asked the cashier if they have it. The cashier very rudely replied "No. That's Birkenstock website. This is Office." I mean I know!!! I was just wondering if they had it. Then I asked for a pair of shoes and I was told to sit down and they'll bring it to me. I waited over 20 mins and I was not served. I had to personally go again and ask another server. They brought it but it was not my size. I wanted to try another size but there were no servers around. There was one but she was on a call chatting. Finally I found someone free and asked them. I was told to sit down and wait. I waited for another 20 mins. No one served and I had to walk out without buying anything.

Middle of the day on a Wednesday. Store medium busy. We were there for 50 minutes waiting on shoes to be brought out. Staff were chatting behind the counter, not helpful, would take 15 minutes only to come out and say they don’t stock the entire SIZE we had asked for - shouldn’t they know that? They also wouldn’t bring out any other sizes or options. Was thoroughly unimpressed and would never never go back. No apologies offered.

Staff were very helpful and seemed friendly. Since this was my first experience at this shop, I was pleased. The shoes were reasonably priced, including a big section that was in the sale, which is usually quite rare for most shoe shops. Although the shop was very busy, the staff still maintained a good level of composure, and were always happy to help. I would definitely come here again and was pleased with my experience.

This shop is an absolute nightmare. Busy or not, the staff are terrible. Every single time I visit it's impossible to get their attention (they won't approach you) and when they go to get shoes they take an age. I was in here a total of 75 minutes and tried on 3 pairs of shoes. I had staff disappear on me. So frustrating. Great products and you'd probably triple your sales if you worked on management and team!

I had really good service from the lady who served me, there was a lot of chat from the 2 on the till which wasn't very professional, if I was their manager I would have told them to shush. I got the trainer's I wanted quickly and had my blue light card discount on them too. I like Office because they often have trainers which are different to mainstream shops

Worst shop ever! They sale me damage shoes and they dont even want to change it because it is not time yet to open!! Everyone is working inside the shop but they dont want to open even if I tell them I have to take my flight after. Worst cusromer service for not even checking the goods they are saling. Such a joke! For sure you will never see me again.

The people working here are lovely and obviously doing their best. It was way understaffed when I went in, and customers were being really rude, and in one case aggressive. I really admired the way they dealt with the aggressive customer. Having worked on Oxford street I know how hard it can be, and I hope they get more staff on soon.

The staff were lovely and helpful , they helped me with a number of shoes when trying to pick something up for my mother for mother's Day. I was fairly indecisive at the time due to my limited time there and the staff were extremely understanding and helpful regardless. Will be coming back here again indefinitely ✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧

This shop is an absolute disaster. The young man, store manager was rude and obnoxious. I asked for his name he said he is not giving it to me. I said I would find out- he replied ‘ good luck’. I was waiting for shoes over 20 min, and I was told that don’t have left one as it is a display! Total, total joke!

The stores website cleary says they open at 9am, I arrived at 9.39 to by some crocs for works and walk into the store as the door was open and unlocked, to be told they didn't open untill 10am and refused service, Why was the door open!! And why dose the Web site and Google say 9am very disappointed!!

So understaffed that in the time you're waiting to be served here, you could cross the road to schuh, try on half of their inventory, sign up to all of their mailing lists, purchase 7 sets of crocs and be back in time to get your trainers from office

Met a great female staff, she patiently helped me finding what suits me. It’s a shame I don’t know her name, otherwise, I definitely recommend work “shoes” out with her. Due to my budget, I didn’t buy any; however, I have memorable moments here.

So busy and quite stressful, the shop was reasonably tidy but when I asked for a pair of shoes that were new in box (the ones I had were scratched up a bit from people trying them on) the girl at the till instead tried to sell me some

Excellent customer service and selection of shoes. I was served by Adé and he went above and beyond to help recommend and meet my needs. Extremely pleasant experience, especially during this much dreaded Christmas rush. Thanks again.

Be very careful when shopping here! This is a perfect place for shoplifters!!! The shop doesn't care about the customers! The shoplifters come there and sit close to you when you are busy trying on the shoes and clear your pockets!

I tried to find this pair of shoes and the woman with long blond hair and jeans was just fantastic she tried her best and deliver an excellent service to help me find this shoe in last minute request. Thank you

One of the stuff ( short and medium dark skin lady ) absolutely she was terrible . She doesn’t know how to speak and how to treat to customers. I will find her manager. Avoid to go this store

The staff are friendly but clearly so understaffed. This store is always chaotic - make sure you have plenty of time to visit this store. You'll be waiting for a while

Staff were helpful and I bought a couple of items. Sadly the crocs I bought have broken and so I'll be back soon. But that's the brand and not the store.

The manager was of very big help and what's more important, she was efficient, quick and patient. Shoes are pretty and students get 20% discount . ✌️✌️
