The worst customer service ever. I left the shop because I was tired to wait the lady in the storage that she was finding my size. After 20 minutes she was still inside without any update. They lost me as client but if they don't change some staff, they gonna lose much more customers. This is what they deserve.

The staff is extremely helpful and kind. I’m having terrible issues with an online order from Office and been struggling with Office’s online shop non existent customer service and Abu, from the Portobello shop, has been tirelessly (and always with a smile on his face) helping me locate the order.

The most disinterested, unhelpful and downright rude young sales girl. I would challenge the management, as to why on earth they would employ someone in a customer service role that clearly shows disdain for people, and can’t even force a smile?! So bad and incompetent, it was almost funny.

Visited this store recently and was impressed by the excellent customer service and support offered to me by Teddy. He was very helpful in his knowledge of the trainers and he really gave me a further insight about trainers in general. Wonderful employee and wonderful store 10/10!

Sales team don’t care. 20mins to get a pair of shoes from storage. Don’t smile. Don’t say “hi/bye” when we say “hi/bye”. Don’t care if we want to take the shoes or not. We could have left with the shoes and she would not have cares either. Fascinating how bad this place is…

Amazing customer service! I came in for a shoe and was welcomed with a smile, after which the beautiful brown girl helped me with finding the right size as well as recommending me a pair that suited me best. Would highly recommend going to her when you get to the store!

Staff not friendly, when I exit they dont even say bye, and when you enter there is this loud latin music that gave me headache and worst part its that took more than 10 days to collect from this shop. Im not gonna select this shop again but at least i have my shoes now
