So far the best of the best. I’ve been fixing my car all the time with BMW dealership and I’ve done all kind of services. Recently I had some problems with my 428i and I’ve visited multiples mechanics and peoples that do electrical. Nobody was able to help me. When I found this shop , Omar was there and gave me one of the top customer service possible way better than anywhere else I’ve been before. He diagnosed the car worked for a really short time and figure out right away where the problem was coming from. The service was fast, efficient and I got back my car right away everything smooth with it and I’l drive it right now worry free. If anybody has any problem with his German car, he is the right guy to go to if you want to avoid stopping multiples times and all the headaches that comes with it. So far best of the best in Portland Oregon and the whole Washington, Oregon Area. Recommend him and will go back to him if anything happens with my car. If anybody needs body shop work too he recommended me one of the best body shops in the city that do clean work and fast. Professionals that don’t waiste your time and go straight to the point. This business has rude customer service, the owner thinks he knows everything. He just seems to be a scammer. I went thinking it’ll be great because of the 5 stars review, boy was I wrong. I got a diagnostic here and felt as if they were up selling. So to be safe I went to another shop and I was right. The first one was trying to scam me and fix things or replace parts that didn’t need replacing. It’s already hard trying to find a honest mechanic, these guys definitely aren’t honest.

Omar is an excellent mechanic and a wonderful person. I called and ask if he can install an aftermarket part for me and he said he can. He did a great job in a timely manner and was very friendly. We had a great talk and the people there are great people. Definitely check his shop out if anyone need any installation.

Excellent service, and super nice staff! We came in with a detached bumper after a traffic collision. Omar came in on a Saturday (when every other shop in the area was closed) and was able to patch it up and guarantee a safe vehicle for our drive back to Eugene. Super nice, super helpful! I’ve fixed 3 cars at this shop and always happy with the service provided. They replaced most of my gaskets on one of my cars, once a transmission was changed. Also did my oil change and brakes a lot of times there. Also every cheap shop.Happy to be their constant customer!

Visiting pdx from Seattle my starter went out. They towed my car to their shop on Thursday evening, replaced my starter, and let me pick up my car on Saturday when they were closed, so I could get back to Seattle to work on Sunday. The charges were reasonable and fair.

Omar excellent mechani, Omar mean experience, over the phone without looking to the car he tells what is issue with car? I never forgot I called him around 4:30 AM when my car battery dead, he came and jump my car and replaced the battery.! You are the best.!

No honesty, no experience and not professional. They damaged my car that supposed to cost around $700. I ended up paying $2000 plus to fix my car. I don’t recommend it at all. One star is too much on this business to give.
