On Sunday me and my daughter went to get petrol. The lady working was rude. First she stop the pump from us using. She said to my daughter that she hasn't paid her rego. What has that got to do with getting petrol. My daughter has paid her petrol. She either needs more training or not work there. We have always got petrol from this petrol station. Not happy with the customer service. Not sure if she was just being racist. Please don't ever treat my daughter like she is a criminal.

I had a great experience at this fuel station. The staff were friendly and helpful, the prices were reasonable, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Cheapest may be, probably adulterated. I have used this fuel service station for both my cars(petrol and diesel)since they opened. Recently had a long drive(5000km), full tank from this fuel station with my X5 lasted only about 650km. Since I used BP diesel and went on to nearly 900km. You may be saving $10 from a full tank of fuel but surely ripped of by the poor quality fuel. Never to do business with them again.

Went there today I usually use to get petrol as it normally cheaper.ATM is absolutely disgusting filthy needs to be cleaned doesn't work properly.. coffee machine oh dear could use a good clean aswell it's really grubbybut must say the young guy that works there days is quite helpful and did help me with ATM so that's a bonus but does need a good clean

One of the dull and worse managing skills i ever seen in this fuel station. I think the manager dont have sense how to manage station . I always visit after 3 pm the both boys are nonsense not able to know how to deal with customers. Totally irresponsible. I think owner have to think a new skilled manager so he can manage properly

Petrol thiefs. Don’t trust the amount of fuel showed on the pump. I refilled with one line left in the gauge and it took 47.6L to fill up but my car usually takes 48L when the fuel light goes on. While it appears that they sell cheap petrol they rip off customers by stealing petrol at the pump

don’t go here. fuel may be cheap but it’s horrible quality. filled up and five minutes later my car started shaking and the engine light turned on. this happened to another person i know. now i’m going to have to spend $500 to fix my car. most expensive petrol run i’ve done ever done.

Prices used to be the best around but they have increased their prices so they are no longer rated the best around the western suburbs. Why ruin a good thing on greed for 20 cents if you know what I mean considering the amount of local loyal and new customers fuel up there

Concerned about the fuel pricing...the previous owners/management had consistently low prices, the best in the area. I'm afraid this new station seems to have succumbed to the price gouging that other non-independent stations are doing. I'll wait and see

I used their outlet to fill U91 on 22 Jan 2023 and noticed the fuel was dropping petrol near the neck of the outlet pipe. Reported the issue and they mentioned the will shut the pump pump number 3... Disappointed with their safety standards..

Best price for petrol in the west of Melbourne and so convenient for me after I pick some bricks from Austral Bricks and head out to a job. Well stocked fridge if drinks too which is excellent and the staff are friendly too

Use to like this servo station. Lately a big NO.Whats with prepay at 5.30. How much fuel to fill my vehicle??? I can understand earlier hours of the morning, but I now pass this station and go to United down the road

I went their to fill up the fuel for the very first time the staff was very friendly the girl working there helped with the coffee machine and talked in a very good manner. Overall great staff, great experience

Hard to give 5 stars this early but definitely happy with the competitive fuel prices and I haven't had issues with their Diesel so that's a bonus. Will edit reviews after several more visits

Fuel prices are competitive. I had a misunderstanding on prepay at night think could be done at the pump.... but then told had to be done in store... some signals on pump may assist.

Only stopped here because I needed fuel to finish my trip. Waited to buy more petrol until I got home to Ballarat because it was much cheaper than Melbourne prices.

Fuel is cheaper in this petrol station. They have coffee and other items to choose from. Currently a food truck has been parked and you can purchase food.

Always here since start driving and average price here cheaper than others. Staff friendly. If not in urgent I always back to top up here.

This service station is always 10 to 14cents cheaper than Melton whete I live on diesel, were getting ripped off in Melton on fuel.

Be ware. They sell the really bad quality fuel. My Van’s engine after filled there ran terrible and must been checked by mechanic.

The diesel was priced average for the area but found over ten cents cheaper the same afternoon when traveling through Ballarat.
