Spa experience at Ora Thai Spa is outstanding. Management handled by Supriya ma'am is superb. Their staff is amazing and very professional. I have been here quite a few times and always end up with an wonderful experience. Their rooms are very hygienic. Showers are very clean. I am amazed by their hospitality before and after the therapy. This is by far the best spa in Lucknow. Do try at-least once.

Spa is clean and tidy but therapists are pretty arrogant. Supriya, the manager is not on the counter most of the times and even after informing the boy at the spa that the customer is waiting, she takes time to come out to the reception. This has happened not once but 3 times now. I will not recommend this spa to anyone as the experience has gone downhill drastically after my first experience.

Ora Thai spa at gomti nagar is a great place for relaxation. Big clean rooms with attached bathroom/jacuzzi. The massager was also very good and gave a really nice massage. The ambience is also very nice and Ms Supriya who runs the place was wonderful and supportive. Really a professional environment. Would recommend this to everyone and personally will repeat again. Wonderful experience today! I would absolutely recommend this spa. Everyone was very kind and it’s such a nice, quiet and clean place to relax. I had the body scrub in the shower room. That was a first for me and wow! It was awesome. I also had a perfect pedi. Been awhile since that’s happened! I’ll be going back for sure

Its good to visit here for relaxing your body and mind. Satisfactory services are provided here in geniune rate. Good working staff with well managed by their manager.They talked very politely with.coustmer and make them happy by providing best services. Wonderful experience i have enjoyed here ✅✅

Supriya is a fraud girl, she took 25000 amount with me but told that Supriya fraud me, very bad girl, staff all very good, spa very clean, you guys avoid fraud girl and ever es Do not visit the center being a girl I am not taking any legal steps
