Customer service has gone down, used to love this place I’ll never go back. Communication is very important as well as attitude. If you’re having a bad day customers should never be able to feel it or see it. And it’s not what you say it’s how you say it very disappointed in the service I received! The employee that helped me pay for my automatic wash was rude, then it seemed like it was my turn to wash my car I guess the other car still needed to be dried and the employees had an attitude because I went in too soon. I understand avoiding liability as a business owner but clear communication or a sign would’ve been helpful. There’s no way for me to respond back but, I didn’t THINK I knew that the attendant had an ATTITUDE from start to finish hence me ready to hurry up and get my car washed. And I can see why he feels ok to treat customers that way because not once did you apologize for his actions or your own ! Everything you said about “waiting 60 seconds” could be said prior to people entering to get their car washed along with a nice greeting. I’ve been there several times NEVER had this issue. You never know what people are going through, and AGAIN COMMUNICATION is key! Had that been communicated I would’ve known that. But it doesn’t matter I won’t be back

Pulled up to clean my work van. Used my debit card to pay for the wash. As I used the rinse setting to get the loose dirt off as I do on all my vehicles. I then turned the setting to brush, to get the more harden dirt off, but the brush didn't produce hardly any soap at all. Went to tell the (I guess carwash man on duty) what was going on, he tells me there's nothing he can do about it cause they only tend to the automated wash. Then he tells me another person had complained about the very same thing I was experiencing. So I'm asked him could they at least put up a sign somewhere stating the brush is inoperable at this time, sorry for any inconvenience? The employee just walked away like it wasn't his problem. I can tell you this. I've been a business owner for 16yrs and there's no way one of my employees will ever tell a paying customer there's nothing he can do. The proper way is to tell the already paid customer. Let me take your phone number and I'll have the manager or owner get with you about the money you wasted at are washing station.

I went her to go through the auto car wash. I went through and. My car did not get completely clean and the attendant noticed it. He said ma'am car car didn't get clean. I said well I'm not gonna make a fuss of it. He said no that's not acceptable to us we want your car to be clean and look good. He said come on I'm gonna have you to go back through on us. I was so impressed. They waived at me when I left. They exceeded my expectations. They have a customer for life with me. You just don't get service like that nowadays.

I think it's great they are opened 24hrs... but I feel like there should be at least one staff available for questions or if problem arise. Or a even have a call service, where an actual person could be reached. I paid $13.00 and went through the automatic wash because I didn't have any cash to wash my car myself. Coming out of the automatic car wash, I still had soap on my car. I called and left a voice-mail and still have not heard back from anyone from Otto Car Wash.

This place offers both automatic wash and manual wash options. There are vacuums on site. Both wash and vacuum accept debit/credit so no more running over to get more change or keep the machines running. Just press stop when you're done. They do not allow you to play music here. There is a vending machine with cleaning supplies also on site.

What can you say but ok. Value is reasonable. My Volkswagen Atlas is white, so only 85% was clean. But, employees say the wash on Troost Kcmo is not good...go to the one on 63rd. So, i took wife's car and yes...Excellent. If all locations were like 63rd 5 star. Love the vacuum tokens also. Staff are very on point.

Not too many carwashes still have the sink to use,it is part of washing you car is to be able to rinse shams and towels off, this wash had been here for a while now and I am a longtime customer.//2023 lot of new equipment ..they still don't give you that much time for a dollar in comparison to others

I never take the time to leave reviews like this but I went through the auto-car wash and my car was still filthy, and the man operating the car wash had me pull into a manual car stall and washed my car for me. He was so pleasant and did an amazing job! Couldn't recommend this location more!!

This place seems to always have a line but it moves fairly quickly and I gave it three stars because my car never ever gets them completely dry it's still soaking wet when it goes through the automatic washer and I always see a little bit of spots left over on my car that it did not get.

Only car wash I'll go to anymore. All the heads actually work, water sprays only when it's supposed to, someone is always attending and there if you have questions. And actually gets your car clean because it TOUCHES your car with ultra soft cloths. Worth it!

Car wash has gone up but liked the clean on car. Need to replace the vacuum system, it would not pick up the salt pebbles in car, went to another Otto Car Wash in city to use their vacuum system. Paying $20.00 you need vacuum system to get entire car cleaned.

I love this car wash I don't care where I'm at if I have to go to the car wash I will make my way to this particular car Wash it's always clean I've never had any problems with any people I don't care if it's 2:00 in the morning like I love this car wash

So accommodating, After my wash I still had dirt on my tires once I brought it to the Attendants attention he immediately guided me to a self- wash stall and washed my tires. Way to go! Love the service. . .Ill be back!

A great, clean and close to Brookside car wash open 24/7. It's usually pretty busy during normal hours, so you might have a little wait. I've learned that lesson, it's why I go late at night to avoid the wait.

Water is hot not lot of pressure there money exchange was slow and jammed with my money never got t it back they have card readers for debit or credit they have all the vacums and it's open 24/7

Loud, always full, had cars just sitting in lot not even washing cars. Like a meeting place. Unprofessional look. Very busy so sure it gets good business. Drive by all the time though.

Nice car wash! Got a token for free vacuum with my wash. And the gentleman working there was outside ready to help anyone with purchasing their wash. Thumbs up!

Good car wash. Sometimes the soap will be kind of iffy but otherwise good. Water pressure is also really good. It can get busy too since it’s on a major road.

Best car wash in KC area! Kept in great condition! Owners friendly and care about their customers service. Love the touch less tunnel and bays. Will be back!

Old school do-it-yourself car wash with the opportunity for two bays of automatic. Carpet cleaner and vacuum with the smell. Good.
