I love this brand and to see the clothes in person and not just online is amazing. Can they please bring it to New York? Only reason I do not give it five stars is because there are a lack of sizes. I specifically asked for an item in a particular size and it was not available but the sales associate was desperate to get me to buy something and continued recommending me other things when I expressed that I only wanted this shirt specifically. Kind of a shame you have to be assertive but hey what can you do about that. London store did me better go there if you can.

After changing the manager some time ago, the service has gone downhill. Emails are only answered after constant requests. The service and vibe in the store is horrible. They don't listen to the customers, they seem to be bored and unmotivated. Too cool to treat the customer in a normal friendly way. After that, we thought about ordering online only, so we don't have to experience the tragedy in the store. Good look guys with your attitude!

Ich kann meinem Vorgänger nur zustimmen: der Service war früher hervorragend, leider ist es aktuell das Gegenteil: das Team ist unaufmerksam und gelangweilt, der Kunde wird nicht beachtet. Ich wartete vergeblich einige Minuten, um andere Größen zu erhalten, leider vergeblich. Nach meinem enttäuschten Besuch habe ich die Filiale per Mail angeschrieben, leider bekam ich auch hier keine Antwort. Es scheint niemanden zu interessieren. Schade!

Awesome! Got in here yesterday (I think) and was a bit confused, as I always am... But the girl working there were super calm and professional and explained the kind of setup they had in the store. It was the most genuine service i've ever gotten in any similar store. Very happy with my purchase that I also got wrapped up nicely.

Sehr netter Kundenservice, wirklich 1A, findet man leider nicht so oft in Berlin. Ich persönlich hatte sehr gute Erfahrungen mit dem Moritz. Sehr zu empfehlen und fragt immer nach, falls ein Artikel online weg sein sollte, er wird euch aufjedenfall weiterhelfen.

Good quality clothes with a distinct style and the nicest people helping you. Not the cheapest, but you get the quality and service you are paying for! Always my favorite store to visit :)
