what we saw was great, but what we got delivered was defective. After umpteen calls and follow up , twice new sofa was sent to us but you know what both these sets also defective, torn and what not. absolutely bad after sales service , customer service and delivery arrangements, regret buying from them.We paid in full and have been duped..will not recommend, I wish there was a zero star rating.( I am not writing this out of frustration, I have patiently waited for over a month now and gave them time to settle things because I too understand that things happen) but no more.We bought this from OZ furniture Padstow - we were serviced by Parth, Enam and Vishal

I had very good experience at OZ furniture. They have very big warehouse at Bankstown and got nice rang of furniture for display. Parth is very nice and polite guy. He was very keen to understand what's my needs are. I definitely recommend OZ furniture.
