If they have MINUS 1,000 google reviews, i would choose it! The Worst experience ever have in our life! We agreed to delivery on 18.6.22. ( Confirmed that everything was on stock before purchased it - not order customized ok??). Then, no one called us to confirm that the container was damaged.. Never Mind.. People can make mistake. So, we drove to Blacktown again.. Then, we chose another design. Again, no one confirmed or called us to delivery to us. We kept calling the warehouse by ourselves. The warehouse staff and the blacktown staff always said that they would call back.. but they never called you back!! -More than 20 times, we need to call them. The delivery is not even correct after a long wait. On 2.7.22 - Ordered 2 beds and 2 mattresses - It came 1 mattress and 1 bed - One of parts is the wrong size. We advised them what it has been missing. They at first agreed that it would delivery on the following weekend. Again, no one called us so we called the warehouse and claimed that the warehouse was flooding. Ok People can make a mistake again... On 23.7.22 - After multiples calls and a long wait, we got the second bed delivery but again no double mattress delivery and the replace part is not even correct. One of the parts to us is not the correct colour. We called them. They blamed us that we did not remind the warehouse that we did not inform them about the mattress not delivery. The replacement part is not the right one. ( Pls note we took a lot of photo and explained to them over the phone so many time.. we even emailed the warehouse for the photo and send a photo to the Kayer ( the shop manager at Blacktown) They also can't confirm with you when the next delivery will be.. If you wish to have your bed and no more headache, spend a bit money more in somewhere else. By the way, i saw the owner replied to other google reviews, please contact warehouse...we knew the story.. i wanna know how they would be fixed.. Can they compensate our times , our petrol cost, our phone bills and our headache? .. Dear Owner...No need to comment that you called us many times ,no extra cost, followed australian law or request delivery on weekend or the bad weather..( We said weekday is ok but pls let us know in advance but you guys never called us). Stop promising something that you can't do it. Improve your people skills and your warehouse system might be working more effective. Please send us the correct parts and remaining items ASAP. Rather than kept replying lame excuses and blame to the customer.

We bought a queen size bed from this store 16 days back.And realized there are scratched on the head side which we informed the store the same day by email and by calling them.The manager did not respond anything. However my husband visited the store within 2 days. We did not assemble it by then.But as I am heavily pregnant and i av a small child,it was really risky for us to keep the stuff unassembled for long.So we had to assemble it.It was really a tough job considering its a complicated structure .After several follow ups,manager called after 16 days and was okay to replace the bed head but not assemble. I said it won't be possible again as it took 7 hours to fix the bed. But they asked us why did we assemble it.My problem is they could have replied the same at least within 2 3 days but they did not reply at all. Hopefully they provide better service and check the stuff before despatch rather than creating problems for customers. Please improve your customer service. Thanks. Jas.

Worse experience ever in life. We bought double bed for my daughter's birthday surprise...wasted 1.5 months...in end only got disappointment. One day some one called me for delivery next day I been told product still in custom. Next day some more lies. At the end they return money but my whole surprise spoiled. I was amazed with lies i was gives during whole time. Its now up to you want to try and learn or happy to stay away from my experience. Comment part 2 for they response In response they saying container held by customs but than how i got call from their staff that will do delivery tomorrow afternoon first week of feb 21 and than never turn up. Further they accepted at the first place stock in their warhouse. Everytime i was chasing item with them by keep calling them how they can claim did they did proper communication. When ever i called them... they said we about to call you. If as a post reader you believe them than go ahead and try your luck.

Bought a marble dining table, chairs and TV unit, the sales person told it is all inclusive delivery, installation and taking rubbish away. The two delivery guys could not understand English and they installed the heavy table where I did not ask, and my living room was full of wooden debris and rigiforms. Then I called the manager, he said they are not responsible for rubbish removal and if I want I can offer some money to the guys and they will take away. They place all the boxes and debris everywhere. Did not complete the installation properly. Found some missing nuts in the chairs. Very disappointed services. They said something and doing something else. Also the service girl who inform me about the delivery was very rude. Doesn't know how to talk to the customers. Ever waste shop. don't know the quality of the furniture to early to predict that. Be aware of this please. I do not want to mentione the names of the people.

Totally incompetent! I purchased a set of chest drawers on 06/10/20 & paid for them to be delivered, with delivery promised within 4 days. 8 days later & with no communication I called to see the status of delivery. No one had any idea what was going on. After numerous calls I got delivery 2 days later and it wasn't what I ordered. Store promised to rectify problem. A week later & with no communication from store again I call them & again they have no idea of where my purchase is. Finally the correct product arrives & as I assemble it I find it's missing parts. I contacted store straight away & was again promised that it would be resolved asap. It's now 5/11/20 & it's been almost 2 weeks without any communication from store. I finished up buying what I needed from Bunnings so I could use the drawers. I only wish I could give a zero star rating.

If your looking for a trust worthy person to deal with Viveks integrity is flawless. If your looking to recieve value for money and quality, look no further than Oz furniture. There is a wide variety of lounges of different fabrics. Leather can be custom made to your living room measurements with over 60 designs whuch is crazy fantastic. It is highly impressive that a factory outlet such as this has its origin in Blacktown. The furniture outlet and its designs are super classy and belongs on the Northern beaches but it isnt there its sooo attainable in Blacktown.It is still at affordable prices. despite the beautiful designs and Viveks effective ability to give awesome service I am very happy to recommend and guide people to this friendly approachable environment. Go in and see for yourselves, and have fun catering to your furniture needs.

Worst product bought ever!!! We purchased a bed with side tables and a mattress from this store and we have had the worst experience beginning from the delivery and installation. This bed which looks very solid started making creeky sounds after 10 months of purchase which caused us sleep deprivation for many days. Finally when we reported it over email, we got a very delayed response and the technician who came after several weeks of reminder calls and mails just loosened one screw to make it worse. Would like to thank Keyur Shah and other staff at OZ furniture Blacktown for their exceptional customer service and wonderful experience. Went to Blacktown store during Xmas holidays to buy few items for our new home. Was impressed with the designs and the staff was really friendly. We ordered various items (sofa, Dining, Coffee table etc) some of them were not in stock and Keyur made the expectations very clear from day 1. Keyur was always available on phone to answer any questions and even advised us with the colour selections etc. Most of items delivered yesterday and we are really happy with the quality. Overall Excellent experience, on time delivery of goods in excellent condition.

Worst place to shop. We bought a bedroom suite worth $2.5k and the delivery was done 2 days later after our further calls to them. Once it was delivered there were missing bed side draws. Eventually after a few more calls it was delivered on a Sunday evening. On Monday we unpacked the dressing draws and found there were about half a dozen on holes the front panel of one of the draws. I sent an email and no one responded . Finally my wife took pictures and went to the shop and complained. The response from the shop was its been more than 24 hrs and they can't exchange the goods. No one should buy from them and it's a big disgrace.

Initially my experience had not been that great and had few concerns with the delivery of what I received. However, I must say these guys are patient and listen to your concerns and have the ability to convert detractors to promoters.This is a very hard standard to meet for businesses these days. I got persuaded by excellent customer service with a lot of options given when I was dissatisfied and finally they delivered of what I picked keeping their promise. Kudos to Keyur Shah for going above & beyond in after sales service. So for those of you who are reading this review, please go ahead with your purchase you won’t regret!

We purchased a new leather modular lounge, we have had the worst experience from the beginning This lounge is sold as a leather modular recliner, which looks very nice in store started peeling its skin within 10 months of purchase which than i found out they were false advertising and supplying vinyl coated lounges instead. Finally when we reported it over email, and many calls/visits to the shop to never receive any response 4 months later. I would never recommend the products of this store to anyone due to bad quality and worst customer service/experience! ——— PAY A LITTLE MORE $$$, BUY ELSEWHERE!

Wow I thought it was only me, I see a lot of unhappy customers. I always do my research and read customer’s review and the only time I didn’t this happened. I ordered a lounge in December 2021 and still haven’t got the rest of it till this day. They are happy to take your money and won’t deliver on time and you are stuck with that and if you ask for a refund you’ll be charged 30%. Such a shame I thought such companies don’t exit but I was wrong. Oz furniture all you care about is money and have no consideration of people’s time wasted and money. Shame on you

Unreliable, unrealistic and unprofessional service. Never ever going back. Be aware all as, Display pictures are of premium quality but while delivery it comes in with damaged items like second hand with premium price. Their staffs, OMG seriously need proper training on customer service. They always lie you when it comes to delivery. Their management is a joke. I don’t understand shops like these do exist in sydney. They are not ideal for 1 star also If there was negative star I would have clicked on it. Its a BIG NO shop Bankstown especially.

Terrible service and no effort to help customer when the product missing parts and product arrive faulty. I have waited more then 6 months to fix those issues but they (salesperson and owner) literally ignore me. Sorry to say but don’t waste you valuable time and money here, there are plenty furniture outlets where you will get value for money, product and service. I have been contacted by a sales person which is nice, he promised me to help, just hoping everything works out. I gave one star because you don’t have choice to give no star.

"I recently purchased some furnitures from Oz furtinature Blacktown that unfortunately did not meet my expectations. I had to make several service calls to address issues with the product, which was inconvenient and frustrating. It is almost 4 months and still waiting for a fix. While the lounges looked nice, I ultimately cannot recommend this store due to the poor quality, lack of reliability and support. If you are considering purchasing any items from this store, I would advise looking into other options that are more dependable.

Excellent service by Keyur in the Oz Furniture Blacktown Store, I remember seeing his name in other reviews and when I went to the store I ensured to go to him and he provided excellent recommendations and was very friendly. He understood our floor plan and gave the suggestions for the colour scheme for our furniture as per our house. Turned out to be the best decision we ever made. Brilliant quality and very comfortable. If you're hunting for furniture make sure you visit these people in Blacktown.

One of my best furniture shopping experiences. Keyur who served me was such a pleasure to do business with. I had my beautiful black velvet 2 and 3 seater sofas delivered to Canberra without any problem. He kept in touch the whole time. My daughter also purchased 2 beautiful grey velvet chairs from the catalogue and she is super happy with them. I highly recommend this Oz Furniture store. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have bought a Queen size bed last year which was gas lifted and when we got it it was missing some screws so we have made multiple times calls then we got the screws and me and my husband connected all parts of bed then we saw that gas lift was not even working and the bed was low quality as it usually open from sides and we have tried to call many times but we didn’t get any response till now it was bad purchase for us

One of my friend also bought bed and mattress from here and get delivery after long time and too much follow up and also found the bed parts broken as you can see in pictures. He opened box after 2 days of delivery and he they said you have to report us in 24hours doesn't make sense Hope these pictures and our experience will help before you go there.

Guys before you do anything, please please please check out other stores. These guys (oddly enough from a particular sect) are major con artists. Their marble is fake, their leather is engineered. We spent 25K and was robbed blind. Keyur and Mohammad are manipulative and it sickens me to the core that rotten people like this exist.
