The Oakleaf Town Center is perfectly located in the southwest side of Jacksonville FL. It is a very nice, new, and family oriented environment. There is also Rivercity Marketplace 20 minutes to the north and The Avenues Mall and Town Center 20 minutes to the East. This center has the potential to bring in some more high dollar franchise stores, and continually increase the home value of many near by new home developments. There are 4 major banking establishments within a 1/8 of a mile from The Oakleaf Center. For me the best place to frequent is Brewsters Original real ice cream shop. Man oh man does this place bring in the fun and delicious atmosphere for all, no matter what your age. The Oakleaf Center definitely will be a area to watch, and possibly a great investment opportunity for many small to large business.

OAKLEAF TOWN CENTER I don't know where to start. This location houses Big Lots, kohl's, Ross, a Home Depot, Office Max, Super Target and literally to many to list. Not to mention Restauraunt from the four corners of the world, Grocery stores, Pet shops and again Too Much To Mention. Simply put, if it's not here. You don't really need it. The Center is very well maintained and a very large parking lot that offers plenty of handicapped spots and entrances our handicapped entrances. With exception to the speed bump that was mentioned in questions, It's truly a great example for other shopping centers to use as an example. If greatness is on there agenda.

It's always easy to get in and out quickly as long as you avoid McDonald's. The stores are all well staffed, clean, and well stocked. Target is a bit overpriced, of course, but it is convenient. I shop Home Hoods, Home Depot, Ross, and Khols regularly. If ya want the full-size Dollar Tree, you might want to go to the other end of Argyle. 5 Below as well. But the ones in the town center are well stocked for such small stores. PetSmart is convenient to have close by. In general it's a nice little shopping area.

Ridiculous and stupid staff, they just canceled appointments via text message without calling the patient. They have a very poor communication, manager tolerates their staffs mistake! They canceled my kids appointments minutes before I called them and telling them not to cancel it but they said they cannot put them back on their schedule and will take 2 months again for the next schedule! Stupid people!!!’

This town center is not a bad place; however, it is not a great place. Perhaps, "good" can be used to describe something of an average expectation. Oakleaf Town Center is small and offers very little for exploration; however, this does not objectively make it a bad location. In terms of convenience, Oakleaf Town Center does offer a reasonable variety of small restaurants.

The customer service here and in the surrounding areas is absolutely horrible. Poor work ethic, bad communication skills, and lack of care pretty much sums up any place here. I dont know where they hire most these people, but I am just amazed at how they can continue to be profitable with how bad the service is.

Stopped by the Target here and then headed straight for the Bucks of the Star (Starbucks) We wanted to try beverages that they don't normally make but the barristas were more than helpful and made our BABY YODA AND BETTY WHITE FRAP!! PLEASENLY SUPRISED DELICIOUS !!!! …

Great place to get almost every thing you might want. Also a great stroll for a walk and some window shopping. Plus, good options for food with the new Panera opening, la nop next door and Jimmy hullas. Almost all your fast food is ready here as well.

This town center has a lot of potential. What it is m missing is more eating options that accommodate for families with small kids, also having a variety of options within walking distance and more open spaces to relax would make it more inviting.

I went to Home Depot for information about fencing, rentals and the pro desk. This store does not have tool rentals. I was told that currently, three stores don't have tool rentals, and one of these will have tool rentals by next year.

Went to Sallys and there was a lady there who helped me answered all my questions and even wrote down instructions’cause I said I was very forgetful… I honestly regret not asking her name but she has blonde and red hair.

Plenty of parking, could be more handicap parking. Shops don't seem very busy, plenty of fast food choices, their services are slow and cold, need better sit down steak, Italian, Mexican and such restaurants.

Nice place but I have to say, the people in this area are RUDE, SELF CENTERED and apparently blind! Stop, yield, and directional signs mean nothing in there. Not to mention its so congested!

This is my go to location close to home. Great Target and a variety of places to eat. The only downside are the drivers that do not pay attention when driving too fast through a parking lot.

I always enjoy coming to the town center. There are many kinds of restaurants, department stores, small boutiques and even salons for people and your pets! The area is very well maintained.

Its good but they need new improvements and move out burger king who sell expensives hamburgers and they seem going down , last time i had a bad and terrible sercice with them

This is a nice and a upcoming area.. lots of shopping.. lots of Restaurants,, movies,, sports bars,, target,, tire shops,, publx and a Target.. this is a must visit area..

This town center is much smaller than st John's with not as many places to shop or eat at when visiting. It is however better than river city marketplace.

I was hoping for store to store. This is a pleasant area to shop and hangout for the day plenty of eateries and a movie theater across from it.

This place had a bunch of shopping places to visit. One of my favorites is the home depot, big lots, dollar store, and the nearby starbucks.

Favorite with the friend group. The town center has a bit of everything. If you're willing to search you will find the treasures within.

Always a pleasant experience here. The food is so good. I can’t name one thing I’ve ordered that I did not like. Seriously.

The overall design of the Towncenter has its flaws. Once you get used to the layout, it's okay. Just avoid the 4-way stops.
