Dr. Narang and his entire team are absolutely amazing. They are kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable, always happy to answer your questions and put your mind at ease. I went to Dr. Narang, hoping and praying he could help me. I had no teeth, and was quite depressed about it. I had an extreme fear of dentists, and I must say that this fear has now been alleviated. He took the time to explain everything to me, the team was understanding of my fear, and they put me at ease. I now have a full set of teeth, after having dental implants. Caring, kind, understanding, and VERY good at what they do. Thanks to Dr. Narang, I am able to eat and smile again, with confidence. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Narang to anybody who is looking for the best dental studio. He is a miracle worker, there is not another dentist that I would trust to work on my smile, and I can assure you that you will be completely satisfied with the work he does. Good job but OVERTLY expensive! Went in for a repair of front tooth bonding that she did less than 10 months ago. Met with a bill of $301 at the reception. My insurance would not pay because the previous refill was less than a year, hence, further repairs until another calendar year were supposed to be done without charges. No one in the clinic discussed the pre-assessment or the cost of cash payment with me, was only told to pay $301 when I got to the counter. My take: I believe, I wasn’t supposed to be charged for this job, and if she should, she definitely OVERCHARGED me. It was only a chip off the bonding of a tooth, not the entire tooth, for God’s sake! Infuriating and also, embarrassing! Supposing, I had no money to pay for the job?

The dentist does a decent job, but is insanely expensive. Customer service leaves much to be desired as I often can't even reach the office since no one answers the phone during business hours. The dentist also frequently leaves to deal with her staff or preferred clients during my appointment time, which is incredibly rude. Will no longer be a patient as it's just not worth the hassle. Update: I received bills for OVERDUE services, however, I had not received service on the dates stated, and paid in full during my last visit. Would highly recommend avoiding this dentist at all costs.

Hello! I am a new patient to the office, and have had 3 appointments so far. I am convinced that this is where I will stay. Dr. Narang is the best. He has such a spirit of excellence in him and is gentle and kind. I feel like I am at a spa…not a dental office indeed. Beautiful office and fantastic associates. Debbi at the front desk is so very personable and friendly, what an amazing girl to represent Dr. Narang. And may I say that Dr. Narang has wonderful assistants that treat you like a baby. Dr. Narang has been my dentist for over 20 years, and can honestly say it has been great. At one time I was very nervous going to a dentist, but since I have been going to Oakville Dental Arts, it is a breeze. The staff and doctors are great – make you feel comfortable and welcome. They are friendly, warm, courteous, and very professional. If I’m not happy, Dr. Narang will go out of his way to make it better for me. This is a well-run dental office that I have no hesitation to recommend to anyone.

I have to say I am thrilled with my new veneers Dr. Narang and his team did for me. I was very nervous but they made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the process and assured me that the end result would be amazing. They were wrong. I absolutely love my veneers, so much so that I am having another 2 teeth veneered. They were neat and very natural looking. I am very happy patient and believe Dr. Narang and his team are fantastic at what they do.
