Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend. I ordered a flower arrangement for a burial. The arrangement was pretty but unfortunately not what I asked for, nor were the flowers delivered correctly. I had phoned a few days in advance and asked if it was possible to make one of the funeral flower baskets on their webpage. I was told substitutions may be needed, but that they would try to make the arrangement as close as possible to what was pictured. I asked that they at least keep to yellow and purple flowers and was assured this was no problem. The arrangement that was delivered looked substantially different from what was pictured — different flowers, different basket, and worst of all it contained a number of pink flowers. Pink is not an appropriate mourning colour in my culture. I also paid the $12 delivery fee so that the arrangement would be ready to go at the cemetery and things would be easier at a difficult time. I specifically asked for the flowers to be delivered to the cemetery office building instead of the funeral home building, with an “Attn: ” note attached. The actual note has the funeral home as the destination, and didn’t include the employee’s name. As a result, the cemetery employee had to call around to find the flowers, and we ended up having to drive to the funeral home building ourselves to pick it up.

If you're humming and hawing about which florist to use, you can stop and use this one. I have used them over the phone for the Oakville area for almost 2 years now, and their bouquets have been absolutely artistic and gorgeous. Their customer service over the phone is so friendly and prompt, and I quickly and easily place my order from 2,000 miles away and have the flowers delivered the same day. It's incredible. I could go on and on about the beautifully arranged, modern bouquets that my friends have taken photos of and thanked me for. The people to thank are the talented florists in this shop in Maple Grove Plaza. I can't thank them enough for helping me encourage my friend during her cancer treatments. I'm far away, and this florist has played an integral part of her recovery and happiness. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I honestly wish I could rate this establishment zero stars. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my mom on Saturday before Mother’s Day. I received email confirmation of the order. Not only was it not delivered on Saturday it did not arrive on Sunday and by the time I finally was able to reach someone on the phone on Monday, they said that they could not find the order. They said they took too many orders and their website should have prevented further orders to have been placed. They told me that they had spent the whole day on the phone speaking with customers.......………so obviously I was not the only one who experienced such terrible customer service. There must be many other more reliable florists in the area. I warn you from using Oakville Florist.

I would seriously rate this place as a zero.. I received flowers with no card. I called and asked who the flowers were from and they took my address and said they would call me back, they never did, I had to call them .. they said they were to busy to call me back.. I also found out that the flowers looked nothing like the picture it should have had a happy birthday balloon.. I called the shop and they didn’t seem to care that it didn’t come the way they said it would..I’m very disappointed.. I rate this place as a zero… it’s not the first time that it happened.. last time my flowers were half dead, my roses were all droopy..

If I could give this place a zero I would. Do not order from them! I paid $132 to have a flower arrangement delivered to my mother in laws house as my father in law had passed away. Imagine my embarrassment when the flower arrangement was delivered. (see pictures, the one with the white back ground is what was ordered from their website and the picture with the flowers on the table is what was delivered) How disgusting and disappointing, of a business to take advantage of people at a time like this. I will never order from them again and hope you don't as well.

I would like to take the time out of my day and thank Jessica for helping me pick out flowers for my friend. My friend is in bed due to an Injuiry and I wanted to brighten up her day. As a result, I went to Oakville florist shop and purchased A dozen red roses - mixed with 10 red tulips and 10 pink tulips and delivered in a glass cylinder vase accented with a pink satin ribbon. My friend absolutely loved it and thanked me as well. It was a great gift to make her feel better, thank you once again Jessica I will definitely use you again.

Terrible service. I ordered flowers for my fiancé for Valentine’s Day but was never delivered on time. I called 3 times to make sure to be delivered to her workplace which was only 10 mins from their location. I have asked for a e-mail receipt and requested to talk to the owner but no response at all. Please don’t waste your time and money. All I wanted is a call from the owner to address the issue but looks like they don’t care about their customer.

This floral shop designed numerous arrangements for a bridal shower that I was hosting, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome! The designer suggested 3 square vases of various dimensions for each table on the terrace, and the look was amazing! Guests were stunned with the flower displays and said it looked like they were at a wedding. Highly recommend this shop for any event that you can think of -- they won't disappoint you!

Naz was amazing to me on Mother's Day. She sold me two arrangements and some roses for my daughter. I went to Sobey's to buy some Mother's Day cards and came back to the florist in 15 minutes and they were ready. Excellent customer service and were very quick especially under the circumstances of the day. I remember Lindsay was taking care of my bill, which came out to a very fair price in the end. I will be a return customer.

This isn't a good option if you need confirmation that the flowers were delivered. My mother is in a long-term care home. She has dementia and is no longer able to use a telephone, so she can't confirm receipt. When I telephoned the florist and explained my situation, I was told they would look up my order and make sure the flowers had been delivered. They didn't. The alternative florists in Oakville provide confirmation.

I live in Cape Breton and ordered flowers for my mother who lives in Ontario. The service I received from the Oakville Florist Shop was amazing. They called to have me approve a substitution which I really appreciated. I spoke to my mother last evening and she was delighted with the arrangement. In her words " It was lovely, very colourful and had a rose the size of a teacup" I will absolutely use this florist again.

We went to the flower shop to buy a wedding bouquet. We did not make any order in advance and didn't know what to expect prior to getting there for the first time. Our experience was very pleasant. The store has a wide variety of different types of flowers to satisfy any taste, preferences and budget. The staff were very helpful and in 15 minutes we left with a beautiful arrangement of white and rose gerberas.

I bought 3 stems of white lilies for $35 incl. taxes. Worst decision ever. The lilies didn’t look very appealing but I was told that they are fresh from that morning and will bloom and will be good for 2 weeks at least. 2 days later, the leaves are yellowing, there is no fragrance and the flowers are drooping. I have bought better lilies from grocery stores. So disappointed. Wish I could return them

Site wouldn't accept promo codes. so I called. The lady on the phone was very rude. She said they would honor promo code.but then proceeded to change the prices that the online site was telling me to more then the promo code was saving me. she claimed i wasn't looking at the same site. all prices on the website said in CAD. Very unprofessional Terrible way to treat new customers.

They were not helpful at all. They were supposed to supply three arrangements for a funeral of different sizes and different colour schemes. The arrangements were the same colour scheme and the same size. They did not mark the arrangements as which family members they were from. When questioned they were unprofessional. If there was a way to give them less than 1 star I would.

I have been buying flowers here for many years and thought it was high time I wrote some words of praise. On maybe the busiest day of the year, Mothers Day, I walked in the store and the owner directed me to exactly what I wanted. It was all over in less than 5 minutes and the pink roses were awesome. My brother decided to surprise me with flowers on Mother's Day. I received the most wonderful arrangement created by Oakville Florist Shop. The flowers were just gorgeous! A beautiful combination of roses, snap dragons and hydrangea all in white with a slight pink blush to the roses. They are very fresh and the smell is incredible. I would absolutely use this florist again.

The best florist in Oakville. I called in the morning, left the design and flowers up to them, gave them a price range. Within a couple of hours, the most magnificent bouquet of flowers were delivered. Each flower was perfect, and the colours were outstanding. The best part about dealing with them, is the service. They take the time, they care, and they deliver the best.

We used Oakville Florist Shop for our wedding day. She decorated the church beautifully, and the bouquets and corsages were so lovely. Everything was delivered at the perfect time. The flowers really lasted...we got married on a Friday and left the church flowers until the Sunday service and they were fresh and wonderful. Would highly recommend Oakville Florist Shop!

I've had bad experiences with florist in the past so I always ask them to email me a picture of the finished arrangement. I was blown away by how stunning the arrangement was. Beautiful colours lots of different flowers just amazing. This was my first time using this flower shop and I will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend this flower shop.

Oakville Florist shop did a casket spray for my mother's funeral with lovely fall colors (red gerbers, red gladiolas, orange/red roses, orange lilies, green pompoms, yellow carnations and other). Unhappily I've found that what's shown on their website is not up to date, showing items and accepting bookings for items not available; the substitutes offered are not great either. Communication is poor, with no response to requests, and they will not confirm delivery. Not a great experience.

I ordered the flowers for today. On their website they charged me extra to get it delivered on 14th. I called them and they said they are open till 10 but they shut at 5:00 pm. What a pathetic service. I want my money back as I haven’t received the flowers yet. Such a rude customer service.

Absolutely awful customer service. Never would recommend going here. Messed up multiple orders consistently. Think it’s funny when they mess up on orders. They didn’t write on a birthday card and just put a line through it. Brought it into the store and thought it was funny. Garbage place.

GUYS!! This flower shop is phenomenal. I told her it was for a graduation and Jessica put in so much work to make it look so beautiful. She put tiny bottles at the end of each rose stem for my graduation. I’m shocked. I love them so much. A little on the pricey side but def worth it
