Not my favorite place! Got a Pacifico Cabana for a day-cation with my boyfriend. Looked it up in advance and they say the water is kept in the 80s. Not true! I brought a pool thermometer.. it was 74 degrees. Brrrr! It was only about 65-70 outside yesterday so was really counting on warmer water. So I made my way to the hot tub. That was nice. Although I have one at home.. was looking for the full water park experience. And it was packed with people, even kids.. I'm sure because of how cold the water was everywhere else. Okay moving on. My boyfriend decided to try the slide. Came back and asked if I saw anything on his back. Yes! A huge red welt! He thought oh well, maybe he went down wrong or something. Not the case. Talked to two teenagers in the hot tub. Both had bruises on their backs forming from going down the slide. Come on.. safety? The wave pool, well it was off I guess because no waves. The lazy river.. well I took it once to get back from the hot tub to my cabana. Even on the raft mostly it was just too cold. I'm sure it would have been nice with warmer water. The staff was nice enough. Food was awful bar food and way over priced. Unless you like $20 nachos. No reasonably healthy items. So we left for lunch. Overall not as advertised. Very unsatisfied. Maybe on a hot day it would be better (if everything is working) it is beautiful and has potential, but I was very disappointed. Not worth the money for a crowded hot tub.
Stayed overnight at the Hotel and got free passes for the waterpark. It was super crowded since we went in the morning during summer. After lunch, less people were there. If you don’t book the cabana, you will have to look for your own chair/spot. Its first come first serve. They have a ton of seats so its not really a problem. Expect to see lots of kids because this is a family waterpark. If you expect to have a relaxing, zen, peaceful experience, this is not the place. Expect kids splashing and giggling and having fun with their family. Wave pool is not super strong because there are babies and toddlers swimming there too. So I think they set it that way to make it kid-friendly. There is an area where you can play water volleyball. It was actually fun to watch. Water temperature is just right. It was warm enough. You wouldn’t want hot water since the Arizona Sun is already hot enough. There is a hot tub for adults if you want hot water still. Lazy river was nice and fun. People lined up and waited for their turn. Staffs were friendly and accomodating. There were a lot of life guards and staff making sure everyone is safe. Towels are provided. The slides were fun too! Will definitely come back.
The resort is always a must when visiting Arizona. Specifically, the Oasis day pool and lazy river. Shawna (I believe the manager who runs the pool club) is nothing short of amazing. Accommodates for my partner and I every time we come. Always has a smile on her face and we always look forward to seeing her. She even remembered where we were visiting from after a month or so of us coming back. I will be coming here every time I visit and I will make sure Shawna knows how wonderful and how working she is. Thank you for hiring her whoever is in charge of that and give her a raise because it is VERY deserving.

I chose to get a day bed package, this was a nice option for having a reserved area for us to use. We first had Hanna as our server but shortly after our first food and drink order a different girl took over and we struggled to get service when we needed something. In fact a few times we shouted across the lazy river to Hanna and asked her to send our new server over. Hanna was fantastic but the other server, not so great !!!!

Our first visit here and it was a fun Daycation! We rented a cabana for the day. There was eight of us. Check-in was quick and easy. A very polite young guy escorted us to our spot and explained everything. Soon our waiter was along with a bucket of cold waters and was very attentive to our needs. Yes, the food price seemed a little elevated but wasn’t outrageous and our sporadic food orders arrived promptly and was tasty. For a mid-august Saturday, the place wasn’t crazy busy. The park was clean and looked fresh.
Had such a lovely daycation with my daughter! Weather was perfect, pools were clean, not too busy, and the overall crowd was very friendly. Someone mistakenly took my flip flops while on the lazy river and the staff was so helpful to provide me with a heavily discounted pair from the gift shop! Yummy snowcones available for purchase all day, it was the best for escaping the arizona heat.

A mediocre water park that charges MORE for a day pass than Hurricane Harbor, and they have ONLY 3 slides here. Also they do not allow outside snacks to be brought in so that you have to pay for their snack-bar-style food which is also mediocre at best. Admission attendants were young and full of attitude. We had some fun, but this is definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Awesome water park. It was so much fun today. Lazy river, wave pool, private cabanas for rent, large hot tub, kids splash pad and pool, so many pools and slides for a hotel water park. I believe there are seven pools total at this hotel but with the slides and everything its well worth the stay. There are open slides, one partial tube and another open high slides that are super fast!
The ground is really hot, strongly recommend wearing beach shoes. Food and drinks are over price. The line for the slides move fast. Employees were nice and polite. You might want to opt for better seating if you going during the day.

The slides are so freaking steep it's exhilarating! They got a really fun wave pool, if only the waves were much bigger though, and they have a decently fast lazy river. Had a really good burger from the bar and grille and the juice hit the spot. Very refreshing water in the Arizona heat!
Well needed daycation. Only frustrating part was that the slides would only open briefly. We were on our way 3 or 4 times and they would close. The girl group beside us also were jerks, not all but at least one made body shaming comments toward us, what an ugly person she was. More
Very nice waterpark! Loved the lazy river. absolutely beautiful. The lazy river was often filled with empty tubes causing jams. And guests would leave their towels on the chairs so you couldn’t tell which seats are available. Very nice stay and would recommend!
Me and my parents had such a great day here! We rented a chair area and had the best waiter named Owen! He was very attentive and sweet, he deserves a raise! Would recommend for families if you just want to get away and have a good day at the waterpark! More
Great addition to the Arizona Grand Resort. My family and I had a great time. One of the days we rented a cabana and our host Peyton was extremely helpful and made our day at the Waterpark over the top.

Great resort! Plenty of options.. three slides, a wave pool, a swimming pool, a kids pool with splash pad and the Lazy River. They also have a bar and a snack bar. I recommend the chicken tenders and french fries. ;) Part of the Arizona Grand Resort.
Great place to cool off in the desert heat. Awesome bar with unique drinks and poolside appetizers. They have a lazy river, wave pool, 3 water slides, a volleyball pool and a 20 person hot tub. Very close to fun restaurants like Rustler's Roost.
Easy to get in, get the daybed with your pass. The lazy river was fun and not too crowded (thanksgiving week). Did the slides (sheer drop felt terrifying, the other one is gentler and more fun). Has a hot tub, that was a little full. French
So fun! We loved this quick getaway! The slides and lazy river were a family hit! It gets busy so line up a little before opening time to get chairs if you are picky on where you want to sit. Also, the food is good but pricey. If you have a
Parking horrible no signs on the buildings for directions either . They ask to go through on certain people bags they went through mine but not the family in front of me with a book bag. When you come out the resort in front of the elevator
This property was beautiful and ambience just perfect for a family friendly, relaxing day outdoors! We had an absolute blast in the lazy river and on those crazy fast fun slides! Alejandro our server was fantastic! We'll be back for sure!!
Beautiful water park area. Well maintained with lots of seating. The resort pass is overpriced at $65 per person for what you get. 2 steep slides, one mid level slide, a lazy river, wave pool and splash area. Great for little kids, not so
The place is great . My kids had a great staycation here, they did not want to leave; and neither did I. There is fun for the whole family here . The room Was nice and clean , loved that I got a tub in bathroom .
Park was nice well maintained and staff were very friendly. Try to eat before you go. Don't pay $13.00 dollars for a drink, or $22.00 dollars for a nachos. You can spend that on a decent dinner. Just my opinion.
The Experience Was absolutely phenomenal, I was hesitant because of the lack of things to do at this water park, but ended up being plenty, the slides were awesome. The lazy river and Cabanna was relaxing. More
Not a bad little park when you are staying close by. Water was cool during the 100⁰+ weather. Wished the wave pool actually had waves and not small pushes of water like you would get in a bathtub. More
I found the Oasis to be safe, lots of lifeguards and clean water. The bar& grill was great! And there was lots to do for kids and adults. Pricey to get in, but then floaties and tubes are free.
Beyond fun!! Go straight to the top slide, I did @ 64! Guests and staff were Great! Other than the ridiculous maze of a parking lot and the price of drinks, I had a great time! More
