I like this “ultra lounge”, I think it’s a decent environment and they usually play great music. The bar can be a little meh sometimes because the bartenders don’t always know what they’re doing and there really aren’t enough of them to deal with the demand. The biggest issue I’ve had is how the security treats people. The security does appear to be a separate hired company, however, I witnessed them throwing out very intoxicated people into -30 weather without asking them if they had coats or someone there with them. These were not people causing fights or were a danger to themselves or others. I really hope the managers of the establishment consider this and can find ways to treat their patrons in a much safer manner, especially since for really drunk people, being thrown out all alone can be life threatening.

I was meeting up with a friend and decided to check this place out. I arrived first and decided to reserve a table. It wasn't busy, somewhere in between 6 and 10 people in the building. After 4 minutes I simply left after not being so much as acknowledged by the staff, despite making eye contact with the bartender immediately upon entering. You expect customers? Provide service! I won't be back. For clarification's sake, I have worked in the hospitality industry and work in retail currently. I understand that sometimes it can be more busy than it appears. That is NO excuse here. It takes 2 seconds to say "someone will be with you shortly sir/ma'am." Your inability to do even that much is why you only get 1 star.

June, 2019. Me and my friends come here all the time mostly to sit and play board/card games and maybe a few drinks. We always will come back, drinks and food could be a little cheaper but other then that its great. January, 2020. Me and my friend still come here quite a bit, and still enjoy ourselves on a regular basis. We like their shift to focus on more “adult nightlife” rather than “younger nightlife”. Also really like how it is vape friendly now. Only complaint I have right now is sometimes (rarely) the service/bartenders focus on more Asian groups rather than non-Asian groups.

The owner here is a gracious host, he pays attention to his customers and creates an engaging experience. He pivoted and survived Covid from crushing blows to his business and came out stronger and better for it. The atmosphere is FIVE STARS as there are laser lights, led backlighting everywhere, TV screens and a great sound system. The overall feel makes for a good choice to host your parties or gatherings and most holidays have a large event planned that you can partake in. This place is always improving to create the very best customer experience and atmosphere.

This place is absolutely awesome. I had no idea what to expect, but nestled into the back or a unassuming strip mall style building, is an amazing slice of gamer heaven. With 30 high-end gaming rigs and multiple console stations available for rent, situated alongside a wide variety of drinks from a central lounge, this is indeed the gamers paradise. Scheduled events are a regular occurrence here at PVP, but you'll almost always be able to pop in for a quick session without issue. I've only been once, but it certainly won't be my last visit.

I used to like this place, but with time they changed a lot of rules in a really bad way. They're charging for just sitting down on the couches, also me and my friends felt really uncomfortable for just being there (their staff stared at us all the time). There are no outside food allowed, and if you maybe accidentally come with it, they will ask you to leave. To be honest, their prices for pool are okay, but for drinks the prices are way too high. Don't recommend this place, you can find way better places to go with your friends.

It's a great place to chill, vape, shoot pool, and if your a gamer you can always game for a good price. The staff and hot bartenders are very friendly and nice to talk to. I will def come back, the people seem nice and helpful and is a great atmosphere. The couches are nice and they even have board games. It's overall a very chill spot. I recommend that people give this spot a try. If you are competitive at pool, it's a great place to throw down bets. They bring the drinks to your pool table, which is a plus

Great place to sit and relax with all different gaming types at your finger tips. I waited for friends while playing some pool and having a beer (reasonable price) then we hit the VR. Got the opportunity to play the VR for the first time and loved it. Also played all different games so I could see what I liked to play. Also counted 20+ computer well set up for high quality gaming. If tech isn't your thing then bring a board game and just chill. Great set up for table top games. I recommend!

Had a great pool experience, the place was as neat as it could be. The lighting and the arrangement was perfect. Great staff and great service. The drinks and food tasted best. Should definitely try the local brewed beer has a really unique taste. Fries were really crunchy and delicious. The wings had really crunchy and crispy taste. The only reason for giving them a 4 star is the quantity I just felt the price and quantity could be adjusted a bit. All in all a great escape.

The customer service is wack. They dont really reply to you if you text them, the alcohol is watered and extremely over priced. It’s almost as if they serve you left over alcohol for like 5.25$ a shot and that’s the minimum. Its just honestly better to go to a proper club. The place is tiny and overpriced. If you lose something, just forget about it they dont really even want to reply to your texts and calls let alone help you get it.

Great place for a group gathering or just to chill and play games on their awesome PCs also, get the chicken nuggets. You're welcome. Prices for PC rental are great! 5/3 dollars an hour, very reasonable! I'd advise making sure that you know your login info for any game service you like to use though, wouldn't feel good wasting 1/2 an hour to get yourself setup, but this isn't unusual for a Cybercafe style establishment! Should mention the staff are pretty great too!

It’s a cool place to hangout for a bit, just very raw! Sometimes can be challenging as the ceiling is not finished and people while dancing (when they are tipsy) they try to jump or climb on others while enjoying, this can prove to be dangerous due to open ceiling! As the height might be a challenge! I am not a huge fan of their layout! As the bar , dance floor, and seating arrangements are awkwardly positioned! This place has a great potential!

I have been coming here for about a year now and I have no plans to stop. One of my favourite places in Winnipeg. There are some days that the service could be better however the experience that I always have causes me to look past that. The prices are fair and the gaming computers are good. I tend to come here to play games rather than at my house simply because of the social aspect. This is a great place to come to socialize with friends.

Never heard of this place and I am a 10 minute walk away. I am glad I found it as it is an enjoyable club scene where you can also chill with your friends playing pool or at a table. Mixed drinks are a touch expensive, but the beer and food is reasonable. There are some costs offset having no cover fee. The waitresses gave me an amazing sauce for my steak bites that I implore the owner to incorporate into the dish.

The vibe is AMAZING!! but what it's lacking is a decent dance floor. There is a small space to dance but it feels awkward. Like dancing in someone's kitchen at a party. The music is bangin! It is a great place if you're looking to chill. They have pool. Tables to sit and share drinks. If you're looking to meet people it will be difficult. The setup makes each section seem intimate. So you can't approach anyone.

Awful service at the bar. Waited 10-15 minutes to buy a drink. The girl behind the counter proceeds to flip my friend off and says she will not serve us after my friend tries raising his hand to get someone's attention behind the bar. This was so unexpected, we patiently and let others order their drinks even though we were there before them. an absolute joke of customer service.

Pre paid for tickets to a Halloween social held here. Was refused entry for 35 minutes, standing outside in -5 weather cause they were selling walk up tickets for a higher price to people that just showed up. There was space inside but would not let people in cause they were “cleaning”. This lasted 35 minutes despite people at the front saying that the stairs were clear.

Should not have had only 2 bartenders on a students night, I’ve never been to a bar with slower drink service. Was at the wood waiting for 30 mins plus, made eye contact with bartender as she skipped over me to serve someone who had waited 2 mins. I understand it’s busy but pay attention and have more than 2 bartenders serving on a busy night. Ridiculous wait!!!!!!

Used to be one of my favourite places. But last few times I felt very uncomfortable. For example, new rules of no drinks policy were told us in a pretty hostile way. Staff was openly discussing my friends and me, deciding before they sent somebody to tell us that we can't sit at the couches now and that they need to charge us for that. Not gonna go there anymore.

Place always runs out of ice. The drinks are warm. There’s no AC on. I watched multiple fights go on outside, bouncers couldn’t handle it. Even the little owner guy came out and started mouthing off to people. Looser establishment all around don’t waste your time here.

Its a decent spot to chill. Rates are also decent. They lied about the pc spec however, its only running a gtx 1050 ti, not a 1070 (super disappointed). I was hoping to play high end games on high settings, instead, it can barely play on low settings at 30fps. They do offer a variety of bottomless colas and other drinks.

Quite a lot of PC's that are fairly well spec'd out. Keyboard and headsets are nice, but mouse is extremely cheap and it shows. Monitor also not that great with only 60hz. Only saw one person working, but she seemed fairly nice. Drinks and food are nice on the side. (Recommend trying the takoyaki if you've never had it.)

Pool is $14 / hour and you don’t get a 8 ball, my group also didn’t get a triangle. this was after the $10 entrance fee and buying multiple drinks / food. The club was completely dead. Go somewhere else

Service is lacking, computers and peripherals and gaming chairs are all pretty low quality as far as the gaming world goes. Frequent lagging just due to the computer quality. Solid 3 out of 5. Prices are EXCELLENT. 5 out of 5 on the price of drinks and gaming.

Good food, I recommend their chicken wings and Caesars. Staff are super friendly and approachable. Chill place with friends to play pool chat or game. Hidden behind pizza hotline beside the spot condos. Parking available at the bank or burger king

Super fun, amazing DJ who played the best music and took requests. Awesome bartending service and a big dance floor that gave us lots of room to dance the night away. Good crowd! Went on a Saturday night and it was packed!! Can’t wait to go back!

Drinks are weak. Service is way below par, and slow. Takes forever for the bartender to understand what you want to order. Seems like their staff are lacking training behind the bar. Mediocre at best.

Located on Pembina, in a safe environment. Awesome place to relax and play games. Also safe for girls even till very late in the night. Projector screens for playstation and alot of board games too.

It was fun. The worst thing about it is that we ended up spending about an hour of our time here setting up the VR or updating the PC games. Would have thought they would have that all ready.

It's a great place to bring your friends to hang out and game, be it long or short, though i do recommend getting a vip membership if you plan on coming more often for longer visits.

Love the new look, and the computers are very nice, clean area, has pool tables and ps4 stations. Haven't been there since they got their liquor license.
