Went there on a Tuesday night around 9:45 pm, even though they close at 10:00. Have never been there before. All I did was ask where the tequila was located and was treated terribly!!!! The man working was annoyed and bothered that I didn’t see where he told me to find it. Finally came over and said, it’s right there can’t you see it! When I went to the register to pay, I told him how rude he was and he was disgusted and just said, “well we are almost closed.” I paid for my tequila and told him I would never come back again. His response was “yeah, that’s fine!.” Absolute worst customer service I have ever ever encountered. I will be calling as soon as they open tomorrow morning and ask for the name of the manager.

Been going to this Ocean Liquors for a little over 3 years...love the owner and his manager/cashier. They are always so polite, greet you when you walk-in, and ask how you are!!! Prices are pretty good and I LOVEEEEE the fact they remember reoccurring customers orders!!! And yes, I'm aware that's the goal for any type of store bc they want returning customers, mainly for the money...but I'd pay more or drive further to any store that makes me feel welcome, while taking my money ...anyway, sorry for the long novel...ik it's not a clothing store or target, but good people deserve good reviews ❤️.

Worst liquor store Ive ever been in. First of all the customer service is awful. A worker there glared at me to move without saying excuse me, there was no room for anyone in that store because there were boxes EVERYWHERE! Just in the middle of the aisles on a Wednesday evening. Theres hardly a decent selection of wine. The one sangria I almost bought was very dirty and sticky. If the bottle is dirty I cant even imagine what else is dirty in that store. Save your time and go somewhere else

Terrible customer service, my husband went in tonight and had a terrible experience with the clerk. Was treated very disrespectfully and rudely and the guy had a hard time communicating so he just yelled and was kind of hostile. I don't recommend going here. They also tried to sell him something he didn't want and tried to upcharge him on the items he did want.

I used to go here all the time, they have rude customer service. Left irritated plenty of times by the way I was treated. Interrupting me plenty of times with condescending tones. I'd highly recommend to go to Golden ox instead of this place. It's not much farther and their employees are always friendly. Cheaper prices there too.

The service was terrible. I don't think that I have ever been treated so badly by someone in customer service. He was instantly unwelcoming, giving degrading looks when we walked in. He Insisted that we hurry choosing our selection and then after purchasing requested that we get out. Saying "Good now get out." I will never return

Do not come here if you are black. Store worker will literally follow you around the store, stand over you and treat you like a thief despite me never having been to this store before. go to ABC liquor on Dunn ave instead. Wish I could give no stars horrible place

The store is convenient for the area, but there's a couple other stand alone liquor stores in close proximity that are a dollar or 2 cheaper price wise.

Very friendly service. They always have what I need. This is my go to liquor store in this area.
